Southern California natives, he and his wife grew up in Orange County and have made the Temecula Valley their home. He and his wife spend most of their free time with their five children attending sporting events, playing at the beach, and doing service.
Dr. Low attended Brigham Young University Hawaii where he received his BS in Biochemistry. He then attended University of Louisville School of Dentistry and was immediately commissioned after graduation as a dental officer in the United States Navy where he spent five years treating some of the most deserving patients. While serving with the Marines, he was selected to direct dental missions in several countries including Mongolia, Indonesia, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, Vietnam and Japan. His favorite duty station was Okinawa Japan, where he and his family lived for two years enjoying the people, local culture, and a lot of scuba diving in his free time.
Dr. Low is highly motivated to provide the most up-to-date dentistry, remaining at the forefront of new technology and techniques. In order to achieve this goal, he has dedicated himself to completing multiple continuing education courses and participation in local dental education organizations. His passion for dentistry is deeply rooted in his desire to partner with his patients to improve their quality of life through the optimization their oral health.

Great office!! Lindsey was amazing with my Grandson Gage! She made the visit fun and explained everything to him. He had his first X-rays done, child cleaning, exam and even had sealants done on his new adult teeth. Lindsey and "Dr. B"as Gage told me were nice and fun. I'm so happy he had a great experience! At age 6 he did GREAT!!!

I recently had my second appointment at Signature Dental Care in Temecula and I couldn't have had a better experience. I was received with a warm welcome by a professional and friendly staff, namely, Kristen and Barbara. Dr. Low performed my routine exam, and Lindsay was my hygienist. Both were very personable and thorough. Overall it was a exceptional experience.

I have been to twice so far, the care I have received has been Phenomenal. I forgot my appointment date. Could not believe it when there office called me and asked if I could come in!? Was amazing and I have recommended there service to my friends! Thank you USMC veteran.

It had been 6 years since I had been to the dentist. I had a fear of finding the wrong dentist, but I got really lucky finding Signature Dental. My husband, kids and I had such a great experience, all of the staff was amazing, super friendly, welcoming and comforting. If you're unsure of where to go this is the place you want to be!

No one likes going to the dentist but Signature Dental makes the process as palatable as possible. The whole office is amazing and the staff makes you feel at home. You don't feel like you are at a used car lot afterwards with high pressure sales tactics. They not only explain everything they are doing but why they are doing it as well. Hands down best dental practice in the Temecula Valley!

The care I received at Signature Dental was outstanding. Everyone was so kind and explained everything in detail. The small talk was light and easy and they went through my explanation of benefits so I could know that to expect. LOVED this office :-)

Dr. Lowe is a fabulous dentist. Quick, painless and he has a great personality. I have horrible teeth and have tried many dentists. His new technology is great. Made a crown in a half hour. Takes some insurance too. His front of office staff and dental assistants are fabulous too.

I had an amazing experience for an emergency appointment today. Dr. Low really took the time to find out what was going on in my mouth rather than jumping to conclusions. They communicated with me every step of the way so that I knew what we were doing and why. I'm super dental-phobic and they were gentle, kind and informative. I highly recommend them!!!

Highly pleased. Dr Low answers weekend telephone calls. Office appointment went beyond expectations. Dr Low arranged a root canal correction with another dentist that corrects complicated dental problems. Very friendly office environment.
