We're new to Sierra Vista, have been to this clinic a few times. Staff somewhat friendly. Unexplained extra charges for procedures we previously have not had and they didn't explain the procedure. 2 different hygienists, 2 different dentists because one retired, rescheduled twice from an appointment I made 6 months ago. What surprised us May 27, 2022 is they still require face masks in the lobby. AND, when entering front door, there is so much bird poop at the front door with the front entrance foot rug buried in it. It so thick and old, it sounds like walking on popcorn to enter the lobby. Very unsanitary conditions for a medical business. And now it's on your shoes entering the lobby. No wonder you wear a mask. The one restroom for everyone is unclean, the huge paper towel roll is sitting on the counter not in the dispenser and I changed out the toilet paper myself. I do not recommend this dental clinic. I would recommend better training in cleanliness and customer service.

Don't go here! I left 5 messages for them to finish the work they started. Their answering machine says they'll return your call within 24 hours. Nope, doesn't happen. Terrible management of the office. Someone needs to go back to school.

I have been going here almost a year for treatment for myself and my kids. We have had no issues. The staff is friendly and my appointment takes place on time with minimal waiting. I would recommend them.

Front office staff are not very friendly and do not explain what's going on to new patients. Then you get charged for things you did not even know were happening. They charge you automatically for periodontal cleaning just because you have not been there yet and seen by them yet. Very unfair money making practice and unethical in my opinion. They take advantage of people who don't understand the insurance process and they charge for things not needed just because you haven't been there before but have been to other dentists. They have no care or concern for patients just payments.

I highly recommend this practice! I saw Dr. Evans for some dental work, he was very professional, honest, had excellent bedside manner and explained everything to me without feeling rushed. His assistant Courtney is extremely friendly and helped make some great recommendations for caring for my teeth!

From start to finish my visit with Sierra Vista Dental was extremely pleasant and easy. All the staff greeted me with a smile, it was a pleasant experience.

After my bad phone experience with Oasis Dental receptionist. I decided to give Sierra Vista Dental a shot. From their receptionist to the dentist everyone was great. Steve the dental assistant was especially awesome! Very friendly and helpful. They definitely have my repeat business, second appointment already scheduled.

Administrative personnel were very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Dental assistant was extremely professional and competent. Dentist was extremely professional, explained my dental options in a easy to understand manner, and was very helpful. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility.

Dr. Leavitt has been my dentist for over 15 years. He and his staff are very patient orientated. Everyone there smiles and treat their patients as very special people. I used to hate to go to the dentist but not any more.

From the office staff, to the assistants, to the hygienists, to Dr. Evans, all of the people you encounter at Sierra Vista Dental are not only good at their jobs, they are also a pleasure to visit. The service is exceptional. If I weren't moving from the area, I would stay with Sierra Vista Dental forever. I only hope I am lucky enough to find a similar dental experience in my new location.

I have been coming here for several years. Everyone is always pleasant and professional. I get right in by my appointment time (usually before), get taken care of without any problems, and am well taken care of. Nov 2019 update - This was a regularly scheduled cleaning and check-up. When smooth and easy as always. Definitely a pleasant experience. Same as always: in, out, well taken care of.
