Horrible experience. Doctors are subpar at best, and they will suggest a treatment just to get you to pay more money. This one time they were recommending a root canal, when the actual issue was a piece of chicken bone stuck in my gum Dental hygienists are not great and they will always try to sell you something.. just because. The receptionists are idi*ts. They will tell you incorrect insurance information, like "we promise you won't pay anything out of pocket", just to get you to move forward with treatment. I'm actually surprised this place is as popular as it is. Beware. Go somewhere else.

I've been a patient of Dr Pane for about 20 years. I love him as a dentist and the hygienist is great as well. I pay cash to see him even though I have insurance because I prefer him. I had a cleaning today and discussed a payment plan with the front office receptionist prior to my appointment. After my cleaning, the girl who checked me out told me that I was not allowed to do a payment plan, they would not take my care credit card, and that my balance would be due by next week. I made sure I had $300 on my care credit card to take care of my account today but was surprised to find out the prices are higher than they have previously been. The girl checking me out repeatedly asked for different payment methods and when I told her I don't have any other cards I could use or cash, she made me super uncomfortable. I wouldn't have continued with my appointment if I would have known up front. It is embarrassing to be treated like this after being such a loyal patient. I won't be coming back here unfortunately.

By far the best dentist I have ever been to. I came in with a lot of issues: cavities, wisdom teeth, border line gum disease & they had all the updated tools to get me fixed up. I use to hate/dread going to the dentist, but my hygienist Jeannie made me comfortable & helped me get my gums back to the best place they have been in my adult life. I'm moving across the country next month & one of the worst parts is going to be having to find a new dentist that takes care of me as well as Sierra Smiles did. Highly recommend this place to everyone!

So impressed and content with my initial visit. Past experiences with a few dentists in the past have left me very untrusting, anxious and full of shame when it came to dental visits. I am not a reviewer, but I know that the reviews helped me decide to give Sierra Smiles a try. The office in general was very welcoming, clean and professional. I loved the big windows in the examination rooms, you can look out at trees and squirrels while you wait. Crystal was sweet and helped get me comfortable, she explained the details of each step we went through and overall very attentive. Dr. Vong was clear, honest and I didn't feel judged. This office felt welcoming and compassionate. I am grateful and excited about Dr. Vong and the Sierra Smiles team helping me get my teeth the care I am needing. I still have some grief and shame to unpack, but I am glad I have a safe dental office to give me the space to begin this journey. Thank you!

These people will make up a problem to fix in your mouth. Just be careful and talk about what they are doing before walking into this place. Worst dentist I've been to in 30 yrs, it's sad what these people do.

Awesome friendly staff. I felt completely comfortable and safe being in Dr. Bocchi's office during this Covid pandemic. My hygienist was super professional and took extraordinary measures to make me feel comfortable and safe. I couldn't be happier.
