An intraoral camera is an indispensable diagnostic and educational tool. The tiny video camera moves around inside of your mouth and generates a tooth by tooth video exam of your teeth. Using an intraoral camera allows patients to better understand their dental needs by seeing what the dentist sees and then having it explained.
Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. As you heal, the tissue reattaches to the bone and your gums return to a healthy infection-free state.
Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) is an advanced, proven technology that provides more precise three-dimensional (3D) imaging for more accurate diagnosis and treatment of oral health conditions. 3D dental X-rays can uncover issues that may not be detectable with 2D X-rays. I have been coming here for over a year now. Every visit has been a minimum of a 30min wait from the scheduled appointment time (usually longer). Once you are seen service is fine, it is just frustrating to have plans always needing to be changed because of their scheduling issues. Will need to look into other options.

They mistaken charge us the service we not take, and they keep sent us the mistake billing statement. we did not owe them anything. So we go there to ask them to fix it, but i keep getting this wrong billing statements. And they even sent my wrong billing to the debt collector too. Im so furious about this, they still did not fix my wrong billing statement until the 3rd month.

These five stars are well deserved. The way a company takes care of a customer in times of distress or when a mistake is made is the true test of quality customer service. Dr. Jefferson and his team treated me like a VIP in a stressful situation and I am truly thankful. I will not trust myself or my family with any other provider.

My first time for a deep cleaning and my hygienist, Jennifer was amazing. She made me feel comfortable, was very informative and paid attention to details concerning my ex rays. I requested her for my next treatment even though it will be another month until I can see her.

Don't go to this office. My husband was seen by Samyeh Vahabi, Endodonist who was rude and disrespectful. She told him his tooth needed to be extracted he asked for a second opinion was sent to another office in Rancho in which that Endodonist ran some test on him and he stated his tooth did not need to be extracted only need a filling. What kind of Endodonist is Samyeh who can't identify an extraction to a filling.before he went to the other office he asked her what she recommended her answer was I don't know it your money. How rude! The only nice person he spoke with was Angela Davis the office manager who we hope will bring this to her attention.

They are charging me for something I don't know what it is and they haven't been able to show me the reason of the pending balance that supposedly my insurance didn't approve after a year, I've been waiting for the explanation of the pending balance a month ago and the manager have never called me back. They have given me 3 different answers about the pending balance so I don't know who to believe. Also they never answer the phone. Never come back to this office NEVER!

This office split the billing to make my mother think she owed less than she did. We were told all we had to do was pay sierra lakes dental, which we did. After they got fully paid we got a bill from a different finacial company claiming we owed them money for same procedure, along with late fees starting with the date of the first payment to sierra lakes dental. Very fishy and very unethical. DO NOT GO TO THE INSTITUTION.

Horrible for service. Billing department has no knowledge on how billing works. They screw up the quotes that are initially given. When you are scheduled for a routine appointment and if they are pressed on time. They cancel the cleaning portion and make you reschedule. It's all about numbers. Get one member in and out ,to work up the next customer. Who they will over charge. Careful, if you have no pain then there is no need to fill unnecessary cavities. They love to perform unnecessary work.This was our experience. Sucks! My child has to finish up ortho care. I recommend not to come here.

This office is awesome. The staff is super friendly and professional. Annie did an amazing job on my replacement temporary crown. She made me comfortable and gave me a lot of information. She was genuinely concerned about making sure I was comfortable and understood what she was going to be doing.

I moved out of the area and stayed with this office because they used to be friendly and accommodating. My recent experience took all that away. I'm a single, working mom and my choice of office has much to do with being able to make appointments that fit my schedule. When I called to make appointments for myself and my two sons I was told that they did not allow more than 2 family members in a day. As a loyal patient of 13 years, I had never heard this. I voiced my concerns and after a hold I was then told I could have the appointments but threatened if I canceled I would NEVER be accommodated again. Accommodated? Since when is the "convenience" aspect held for the company and not the patient? I show up for my appointments, for years. Suddenly my family is a burden to accommodate? Now this is all I can think of when I think of my upcoming appointments. That snide threat over the phone. I can certainly find a rude and unaccomodating dental office closer to my new home if that is going to be the standard.

This place let me tell you. I was not happy. Having dual insurance they still charged me a lot of money for even a cleaning. They messed up and missed diagnosed me . Now I'm going to have a CT to see if they messed me up. Ugh.

I've been going to this dental office for 12yrs. DR Jefferson is great, he is my preference always but the specialists are good as well. However the dentist and the office are only as good as the supporting staff...Angela, Malcolm, Walter, Carissa...they make the visit not so bad. They get to know you and do what they can to make the experience a good one.

Most uncoordinated staff in the world. Had an appointment for first thing in the morning and was in the waiting room for over an hour before they approached me. Front office staff members look unprofessional for being employed in the medical field. Waiting room chaotic and staff too busy gossiping and giggling with each other to actually do their job. Also, way too overpriced in comparison to other dentist offices in the area. Not coming back here.

They keep on convincing you for deep cleaning despite the fact that we have 2 free regular cleaning covered under dental insurance. (FYI, I am a young healthy person with good oral health) The hygienist barely spent any time to clean and polish my teeth but spent more time to convince me get deep cleaning done. It was evident that they wanted more money out of my deep cleaning versus the regular.
