Normally I do not do reviews but to be a high end luxurious dentist office I had too. First of all I was recommended here by my boss , who's dentist is Karent. My wisdom teeth are coming out and they have to be removed. Mine are severe and are required oral surgery ! As I explained this to my boss , he started I should get a second opinion and should visit his doctors office. So kind and generous of him , so I decided to take a second opinion by visiting karent ! The day comes and as I entered the office I was greeted by the most sweetest young lady "Rosie". I filled out the paper work on an iPad, amazing waiting room it was very nice. As the young lady with the name of "Luisa" calls my name ready to go to the back room , she placed the paper over my neck and advised to me to explain to her what's going on , as I advise to her my situation mind you my Spanish is not very well spoken as she is Hispanic Colombian. As I was speaking to her she kept rushing me to basically get to point waving her hand gestures as in hurry up and get to point. She later went on to another room and over heard her stating to another nurse "his wisdom teeth are in severe postitions". As she came in to the room she checked my gums with one or two points and stated yes it's my wisdom teeth that are needed to be removed. Point being is the way she explained it was in a very rude matter , she made me feel like this office "is too good for you and you're a waste of my time". I understand this is very high end dental office but in my opinion no matter who walks in through those doors , they should all have same treatment. Weather they look poor or walk-in in with a Louis Vuitton , Gucci bag. The young lady was very in a hurry to finish with my consultation and basically was notnattendentet. I felt very low discriminate in the office and she was just rude and showed absolutely no type of care in regards to helping my situation. Like I stated previously , she made it seem as if I did not belong in the office and I was a waste the of the offices time. I will not be going back siento the reason of the young lady. I have never met miss karent , but I do hope she has the time to sit and have a very well conversations with her staff "Luisa"

Linda was my tech and she does a great job . She called later in the day to see how I felt and constantly checked with me during procedure to make sure I was comfortable. Prices are fair and reasonable and The office and staff were clean and friendly. I recommend this office to anyone who is interested an honest friendly office and staff.

Dr. Karent Sierra is extremely helpful in treating pain associated with tmj. I felt immediate relief after the first session of botox injections. The office is clean and nicely decorated to make patients feel at ease. Office staff has always been friendly and attentive to my needs. There is minimal wait time before your appointment and scheduling is very easy. I appreciate the many ways that I can communicate with the office if I ever have any questions/ need to change my appointment. Would definitely recommend Dr. Karent Sierra.

We love coming in to our Dentist appointments! The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. From the moment you walk in you're welcomed with friendly faces. We love seeing Linda for our cleanings, she makes us feel like family and its always a pleasure seeing Dr. Karent Sierra, she's just amazing in everything she does for our teeth. Not to mention our 4 year old gets excited when we say we are going to the dentist, which honestly says a lot about our dentist!! Additionally they are courteous of your time, upon arrival they are always ready for us. I highly recommend to anyone and their kids.

This has to be the best experience I've had in a dentist office ever!! The entire staff is extraordinarily kind, they're always looking out for your needs, making sure you're comfortable and never in any sort of pain. I honestly look forward to going to the dentist! 10/10 would recommend.

I can't begin to thank Dr. Karent Sierra for seeing me during an emergency (where I couldn't stand the pain in a molar). She was careful and very thorough. She was able to calm my pain while finding out what was wrong and treating me immediately. I highly recommend her to everyone. She is caring, she is a fantastic dentist, and I am forever grateful

My husband and I have been visiting Karent Sierra's office for almost 10 years now. We now have a child and she has been going since she was 2. I have never seen a child more excited to get her teeth cleaned and Linda our hygienist is so sweet and patient. Rosie works as the office manager and she is just an angel! I recommend everyone I know for any type of dental work as well as medspa!

DO NOT COME HERE!! THE WORST "DENTIST" IN FLORIDA Karent Sierra was extremely unprofessional. 1. Patient Neglect Both she and her assistant left to treat another patient during the middle of the procedure. I was laying on the procedure chair completely by myself with a suction tube in my mouth for more than 30 minutes. When she finally came back, I pointed it out. She got very irritated and defensive. At first, she lied about the fact she left to treat another patient, then she admitted it because someone else helped me proved it. All I wanted to do after that is to leave because I am seriously questioning her ability and her professionalism. The whole procedure feels so rush and unorganized (the treatment took 30 minutes but I was waiting for 2 hours). I was and still am deeply regret the fact I chose to go there. And after she angrily finished my surgery in a rush, she left without asking if everything is all set. Which again prove the unprofessionalism. 2. Unprofessional environment The clinic looks more like a beauty salon. Apparently she also does facial, implants, facial rejuvenation and other plastic surgery. I mean if she works like this as a "dentist", I would absolutely NOT recommend anyone to go get anything done there. Guess she can not make money out of being a "dentist". 3. Overpriced Service She charged me 150 dollars to re-cement (glue my crown back in place). And she kept on telling me how I should be appreciate about the special discount because it is usually 250 dollars. I checked with my previous dentist(back in NY). It is around 50-70 dollars for recement a crown. I went to the dentist, tried to fix an issue. But now I left with more problems. NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!

I had a more than pleasant visit at Sierras dentistry. First i have to say that the entire team here is super nice and go above and beyond for your comfort. The clinic is very clean and modern. Also Dr. Sierra has awesome hands and make the experience very smooth. She explains step by step what's going on so your never wondering. I see prices very fare and the quality of the work is very very good. I rarely rate a place 5 star so i do HIGHLY recommend coming here.
