Bait and switch. I received a bill for $624. Past due. Never received a first bill. I called to see what the charge was since I paid in full. They did not do a preauthorization. Which should be standard for a surgery. The condescending biller told me she would accept payments, it's ok, it happens. As if she feels sorry for me for being billed. How can a business leave a customer making up over $600? I would not have booked the procedure with them if I knew that. Bad business practices. Demand a preauthorization. Do not trust them.

Came here to remove my upper wisdom teeth after having them remove my lowers a few years ago. The team works together great and do an amazing job! You can tell they really care about their patients and the work that they do. Thank you Dr. Hill, Dr. Harris, and Dr. Christensen and the team for the amazing work that you do!

I was referred to this firm by my dentist and had a positive experience. If I need this kind of work done again in the future, I would turn to Sierra Foothills first. Dr. Wes Hill and his staff were great.

The most pleasant experience that I've had while undergoing a medical procedure. I had all four wisdom teeth removed and from start to finish, the staff was welcoming, accommodating, transparent, and entertaining. Fred is extremely funny and trustworthy; if you're in any sort of tentative mindset, you'll undoubtedly be put at ease. Dr. Hill is very amicable and professional, who knows exactly how to do his job correctly. Huge thanks to the entire staff as well, that's a very special group they have.

I was soo nervous to go it and get my wisdom teeth out, because I have never been out before and was not looking forward to the recovery at all. This office was amazing, very friendly staff made me feel extremely comfortable, and the surgeon did an amazing job. The recovery is going great, I have absolutely no swelling and was out and about by the end of the day. Thank you for taking such a great care of me!

I took my wife here to get their wisdom teeth removed late 2020 and the dentist and staff were really helpful. My wife is extremely anxious with needles and the staff were really understanding and patient with the difficult time we were having. The people here found a work-around solution to the needle anxiety and the procedure went well.

My daughter went in to have a tooth pulled and they charged her for a consult the same day. Total money gauging. They said the consult, $110, was to look at the xray and go over health history. When you go to every dentist appointment they look at the xray and go over your health history, they don't charge you an extra $110 to do so. Money hungry office charging for things that should automatically be done and included in the appointment. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! I've worked with OS dentists before, none of them did this.

This place is awsome!!!Everyone from receptionist to billing team to doctors!!Was a little nervous about getting my widom teeth removed they set all my worries aside can not be any happier by far most professional service at a dentist/surgical office i have recieved

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. When I arrived I was very nervous. The entire staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I stepped in the door. One person in particular absolutely needs recognition "Fred" what a fantastic guy. The true definition of customer service. One of a kind!! If your looking for a welcoming, comfortable, customer service oriented place for oral surgery Sierra Foothills of Natomas is the place to go.
