This is a review for my experience with Dr. Christansen because I did not notice any. He works in the Folsom office. I have been having tooth pain from an impacted wisdom tooth for 4 days, agonizing pain that had no relief from Advil and even Vicodin. Dr. Christansen and his team got me in as soon as they received the call Monday morning. The consultation process was great, I was very anxious, as I have severe dental anxiety, OCD, emetephobia, and GAD. He answered all my questions and made sure I was well-educated and aware of my choices. I was sent to get 6 teeth pulled, but I opted to just have one side done at a time due to my anxiety levels during healing. I was going to do just do the teeth that were hurting, but Dr. Christansen made the recommendation of at least doing one side at a time. While sitting in the chair waiting for sedation, I was having a full blown panic attack. He was as patient as he could be, I understand how frustrating it could be to have someone refusing the services they NEEED. He was firm (which I personally needed) but kind. And he was right. When we says he needs 30 seconds to get the anxiety to go away he really means it. I went from panic to asleep in about 30 seconds and don't even remember waking up. The first thing I remember after getting out of the chair was sleeping in a room and someone walking me to the car. I came home and slept and I honestly feel great. No anxiety, very little pain. I'm able to manage with the Motrin and tyelonol recommended (as my emetephobia makes me fear taking strong medications). I have to get the rest done after graduation but after todays experience, I have no worry about it! Thank you Dr. Christiansen and his team for the support, understanding, kindness and paitence they showed to a difficult patient like me!

So disappointed. Extractions over the years needed return visits for cleanup. After last billing error, have been continually harassed for duplicate consults. Highly unethical and disappointed in having procedure need fixing. Many other choices. Long time customer here who will never return and advise others not to either.

Dr Harris was awesome! I went in at 07.45, got into the room for 3 wisdome tooth extractions and 4 root canals around 08.00 and was all done and ready to leave by 09.00. The nurses and doctor were very nice and quick. They explained everything to me just before I passed out for the surgery. Afterwards I went to get my prescriptions and took them as soon as I got home and passed out. Then around 17.00 dr Harris actually called me, well my person who took care of me, just to check in on me. I highly recommend these guys they are awesome and I can't compliment them enough. Thanks a lot guys!

By far the worst experience I have ever had! Never thought about filing a lawsuit before in my life until I had my wisdom teeth pulled by Dr. Brian C. Harris at Sierra Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in Roseville. Clearly patients are not expert in tooth extraction, however the Xray shows wisdom tooth roots touching the nerve in the jaw, don't pull it or recommend coronectomy. He said it would be 99% success, WRONG; Now I have to live with permanent numbness in my face because of this Douchebag! I highly recommend people to steer clear of this place unless they want to contact a lawyer before an operation.

I just had my wisdom teeth removed here, and the service was amazing. Everyone here is very polite and professional. The surgery was very fast and everything went as planned with no complications. The doctors are very funny and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend this practice if you are having your wisdom teeth removed.

I was so worried walking into the office to get all four of my wisdom teeth extracted. As soon as Fred brought me to the back, I was laughing so much. Fred is so amazing, he makes you feel so comfortable and he's hilarious. And, once I met the Dr. Hill, I was in even more ease. Both of them together made this such an amazing experience for me. I went into the surgery laughing and came out of it laughing. Its been 3 hours since I've gotten all for of my wisdom teeth extracted, and I feel amazing. The only thing I wanted to do as soon as I got home was write this review!
