Dr Vincent A. Rauschel received his Doctor of medical Dentistry degree from Southern Illinois University School of Dental Medicine in 2000. Due to his outstanding scholarship he was allowed to graduate one semester early and was awarded an externship with one of the clinical directors at the dental school. He moved to Chandler, Arizona in 2001, where he established Sierra Family Dentistry, a premier dental treatment facility. To provide his patients with the benefits of state-of-the-art technology, Dr. Rauschel attends classes at top-notch post-doctoral dental institutions, the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Studies, the Spear Institute for Advance Dental Education, and the Aesthetic Vision Seminar (for cosmetic issues). His professional affiliations include membership in the Academy of Oral Medicine,the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and participation in the Implant Prosthetic Study Group.
Dr Rauschel and his skilled and committed staff provide a wide range of dental services, from routine cleaning to total mouth restorative procedures. Dr Rauschel's practice offers new patients a nurturing, relaxed environment, along with the assurance that only proven, safe effective and up-to-date dental procedures will be applied.
An Arizona native, Amanda graduated from the Dental Hygiene program with High Honors in 2008. She had the opportunity to participate on four trips with the Flying Samaritan Arizona Foundation. This foundation helps to serves underprivileged communities in Mexico with dental care. Amandas passion for dental hygiene is apparent in how she truly cares for each patient individually and helping them achieve overall health. Amandas favorite thing to do is spend time with her husband and her three little girls.
Margot has been in dentistry for over 4 years and honored to be a part of the Sierra Family Team. She loves the excitement of everyday being different and getting to know patients and their families over the years. Outside of the office Margot loves to travel, home projects, and spending time with her family, husband Brian and adorable Westie Jack.
Melissa has been Sierra Family Dentistry since December 2019. Originally from West Virginia, she and her husband now call Arizona home. Melissa enjoys camping with her husband, sewing, karaoke, and spending time with her 3 children and 4 grandchildren.
Melissa has been in the dental field going on 3 years now. She moved to Arizona from Washington state 20 years ago. Melissa loves spending time with her family including her husband, daughter, 2 step kiddos and her beautiful granddaughter! Outside of work she enjoys everything Arizona has to offer including hiking, fishing, and camping. She also has 3 dogs, 2 Boxers, Theodore and Willow and 1 Huskey named Luna.
Ashley graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Dental Hygiene in 2005. Shortly after, she joined the amazing team at Sierra Family Dentistry. Her passion is preventative dentistry. She is dedicated to continuing her education and sharing her knowledge with others. She genuinely loves her career and she finds true joy in being a part of each patients dental journey and building relationships with them over the years. When not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and two children. You can find them spending time outdoors, traveling, fishing and scuba diving.
Beth started as a dental assistant at Sierra in 2013 and continued her education in dental hygiene. You will find that she is dedicated to the dental health profession, able to put her patients at ease, and ensures a positive dental experience. Beth believes in treating her patients not only for their dental needs, but overall health. She loves hiking, wood working, gardening, reading a good sci fi novel, and traveling with her hubby and two pups.
Freddy grew up in Gilbert, Arizona and attended Altrain dental assisting academy in 2013 where he attainted his certification and license in dental assisting. Freddy takes pride in his duties and responsibilities. With his witty personality, he develops a great report, not only with his coworkers but everyone who crosses his path. Freddy loves to be outdoors whether it be hiking, hunting, camping or fishing. His favorite pastime though is to spend time with his wife and three little girls.
Sandra has been in dentistry for over 17 years, and with Sierra Family Dentistry for her entire career. She absolutely loves her job, and is passionate about helping patients. For Sandra the most rewarding part is seeing patients lives change by changing their smiles. Sandra cherishes her time with her family; husband and two beautiful children. They like playing games, painting, and just spending quality time together.
