Keeping this freash, this office are thieves, over $1000 stolen by this provider. Dont chance it. The denatal visit was great and at the time in network with my insurance. After claim was processed and i paid assumed patient liability, my insurance said i only owed a third of what i paid. I first was dealing with his old biller who was disputing. After a year with no change i went in for my refund. A new biller was there and gave me a big spill of how there not contracted. This was not my concern, she went on to say that its not fair for them to allow so little. Either way refused to dispute and give me a refund. At this point i cannot stand by a practice that does not stand up for the patient at least not steal from them. There is no trust here, so i have moved and will not go back. Updating, office still has not contacted me regarding dispute over 1000 stolen. Caution the visit is nice the billing is bad, and they do not care. They would rather bill you upfront and leave you hanging.

Friendly staff from the front office to the xray techs to Dr. Catron who were all very confident in their work and patient care. I highly recommend this office for your dental needs. 5 stars

Sierra Dental and Orthodontics is an amazing place to have your dental work done at! Everyone has your best interests as their goal. The staff works as a team and are the most kind, informative and professional office I have ever been to. Dr. Catron explains all the options and then you get to make the decision on how you want to proceed. There is zero high pressure sales for unwanted or unneeded procedures. I highly recommend Sierra Dental and Orthodontics for your dental needs.

Today the hygienist, Kristie, cleaned my teeth, took xrays, etc. I have MS and she patiently helped me to be comfortable during each procedure. Dr. Catron checked the exrays and my teeth/gums as well Both stressed the positive and afterwards I told them that overall, it was a pleasant experience.

No insurance, so they set me up with their 'Value plan'. For $99 xrays, cleaning and consultation with dentist and 10% discount on any work needed. Hygienist Kristie very gentle. Front desk personnel helpful and friendly. Dr. Robert Catron is one to not do work unnecessarily. Gentle and friendly.

I would like to recommend this office to everyone. I have an hmo for my dental insurance. I went to two of there doctors all they wanted to do was pull my teeth and give me implants. I went to Sierra Dental who recommend I get a root canal then I went back to see them for my crown. I spent same amount of money that I would of with my insurance. I received such excellent care with staff and doctor that I will never go anywhere else. If you want someone who cares I strongly recommend them

Sierra Dental is wonderful! I was visiting from out of town and had a dental emergency. They fit me in the same day and took great care of me. Everyone was so nice. I would highly recommend them.

After 30 years of avoiding dentists I discovered Sierra Dental and Orthodontics. I needed a lot of work done. I am the oldest patient to have braces, because my teeth shifted when I lost two and did nothing about it. I have never had an unpleasant office visit. Everyone is so accommodating, patient and pleasant. Dr. Catron gives honest and practical advice considering your budget, needs and lifestyle. I have been so pleased I bring my 91 year old mother to them. I have observed their treatment of young children while there and wish I had known about them when my children were young. I give them my highest recommendation!

I found Dr. Catron & Sierra Dental on my insurance website looking for a 2nd opinion. I was immediately impressed with his straight answers, complete explanations, and helpful recommendations. He and his office staff were amazing, like I was family. I immediately changed dentists, and switched over my teenagers as well! I continue to be impressed with appointment flexibility too. I just came back from having work done on my teeth at Sierra Dental & Orthodontist (bridge work). I am very happy with all the crew of great people. I have been a patient of Dr. Catron for over 10 years. The work is always done well. I hate having to visit the dental office. However, at Sierra Dental they always make me feel good and calm me down. I definitely recommend every one in the office. Special mention for Ana, Yammy, and of course Dr. Catron. Very knowledgeable and his advice is allways sound, explaining alternatives, & keeping my financial interested in mind. Best prices, great quality, great customer service. You must give them a try. Strongly recommend them. Make him your family dentist today!
