I am Marty Williams. I have been practicing dentistry since 1985. I earned my dental degree at Marquette University School of Dentistry. I keep up with the latest advancements in dentistry by attending continuing education courses each year and maintaining memberships with Brown-Door Kewaunee Dental Society, Wisconsin Dental Association, American Dental Association, Seattle Study Club, Greater Green Bay Study Club, Bayside Dental Study Club, and American Equilibration Society.
I was born and raised in Green Bay. My father was a dentist, and a huge inspiration in my life. Unfortunately, I was only able to practice with him for two short years before his and my two brothers ' deaths. They died in a plane crash in his private plane. I have since named my Green Bay dental practice 'Sierra Dental' in their memory. The word 'Sierra' was the call sign on his plane.
My family and dentistryare two of my passions. I have three grown children. I have a daughter who is a pharmacologist at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. She resides with her husband in Minnesota. I have another daughter who practices occupational therapy in the Denver area of Colorado where she resides with her fianc. My son took one of his high school passions of computers and became a software developer located in Wisconsin. My wife is my biggest supporter, without her love and support I wouldnt be able to do what I do.
Throughout the years there have been consulting teams that have helped me along my journey in dentistry. They include L.D. Pankey Institute, Dawson Center, and most recently The Levin Consulting Group.

Dr. Marty Williams and the Super Star Team at Sierra Dental are proud to have Charlie on the team to help our patients have a comfortable and pleasant experience during their visit. Charlie is our resident therapy dog who has undergone extensive training to provide our patients with the support that they need to ease stress and anxiety during general dental procedures.
Dr. Marty Williams understands that the human-animal bond can be a therapeutic source of treatment for his patients. Research has shown that the use of an assisted animal for therapy has been known to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, relieve anxiety, and improve mood. The use of animal assisted therapy has been widely used in the medical field for many years. At Sierra Dental, our use of Charlie as a therapy dog is cutting edge in the dental industry.
Charlies presence allows Dr. Marty Williams and his staff provide an option to our patients to relieve their stress, fear, and anxiety without the use of medications. Our patients who have benefited from Charlies presence feel calmer and relaxed during their dental exams and cleanings. This has improved their experience and given them an overall better dental visit.
Charlies therapy services extend to our patients of all ages. Charlie is hypoallergenic and certified to provide animal assisted therapy. He has completed his Puppy Training, Obedience Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced Trainings, and he is a K-9 Good Citizen Dog. When you visit our office in Green Bay, Wisconsin, you will find Charlie hanging out in Dr. Martys office or assisting one of our valued patients.
We understand that not every person is a dog person so we make sure that Charlie is present only around those that need his service. Thanks to Charlie's extensive training, he is great at following orders. He is also a hypoallergenic breed that will not affect a patient's allergies.

My name is Ashley, I have been a part of the Sierra Dental team since 2008. I work chairside with Marty as his dental assistant. I enjoy being part of the family here at Sierra Dental. I was born and raised in Marshfield, but have been living in Green Bay since 2007. I am married to Ryan and we have 3 beautiful children. We enjoy camping, fishing & waterparks. I look forward to meeting new patients every day and help make dentistry fun.
Hi, my name is Jessica and I have been the Financial Ambassador at Sierra Dental since July 2014. I enjoy getting to know our current patient and welcoming new patients into the office. I am here to help patients understand their insurance policies and their financial obligation for their dental treatment. I take pride in being able to answer questions that patients have regarding their treatment whether it be insurance, cost, or scheduling.
I've been married since 2009 to my wonderful husband. Since then we have welcomed our son Jackson and twin daughters Claire and Violet into our family. I enjoy watching movies, camping, and spending time with my family and friends.
Hello, Im Katie, one of the Dental Hygienists at Sierra Dental, and I joined Dr. Martys team in 2020. I graduated from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in May 2019, and have been a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association since 2017. I have earned certifications in administration of local anesthetic and nitrous oxide, as well as certification for soft tissue laser therapy. I have a passion for learning and staying up to date on the latest studies and advances in the field. Growing up I knew I wanted to pursue a career in dentistry, as I have always loved making others smile. I pride myself in attention to details, and creating positive dental experiences for you and your family.
I was born and raised in Green Bay, and enjoy the ever changing weather. In my free time I love traveling, being outdoors, camping and hiking. During the summer and fall time I am out on the bay jet skiing or duck hunting every chance I get. I also have a passion for crafting, DIY projects or anything creative!

We love Sierra Dental! Katie and Liza are my kid's hygienists and they are wonderful! They recently showed my 10 year old a fun, easy way to floss and he's been doing it daily! My 6 year old loves the treat at the end along with their sparkle flavored toothpaste! Marty is very thorough and does a great job!! Of course, we love seeing Charlie as well!! We highly recommend Sierra Dental!!

After receiving care here, you won't want to go anywhere else. The environment is always clean and comfy. The staff members are professional without being stuffy. We have had some great conversations! They also have an office dog who is super sweet, for anyone who is nervous about going to the dentist. The care received at Sierra Dental can't be beat. If Dr. Williams has to be away, they have a partner office you can see in case of emergency.

I just moved here in Feb of this year and finally found a place to continue my dental care and I cannot say enough how wonderful my experience was at Sierra Dental. The personal touch along with the incredible amount of thorough examination and having everything laid out and explained. Sierra Dental is awesome from Doc Martin to everyone on the staff, Ashley and Jessica and everyone you guys rock!

This was the best experience I've ever had at a dental clinic! Dr. Williams is an excellent dentist who's main priority is making sure his patient is comfortable and gives the best dentistry there is. He and his dental assistants where so unbelievably nice! I had a crown put in and never thought I'd get out of the chair saying "this was an awesome experience, I don't want to leave!" I've had absolutely everything done to my teeth through the years and I so wish I had known about Sierra Dental instead of experiencing the pain and lack of care I had to from other dentist. I will forever recommend Dr. Williams, his staff and practice to all and will only go here from now on. Thank you again!

Great service. Small comfortable office, friendly staff. Gotten a few crowns and some fillings and the treatment is always done gently and carefully. Crowns are done all in one visit and cleanings and fillings go quickly. Procedures are relatively pain free and I never had any lingering discomfort afterwards.

Lets just say I'm familiar with the procedures involved with getting a new crown. I've been to several different dentists over the years. My experience with Sierra Dental was unlike any in the past. Just a couple hours after leaving the office I had no sensation any work had been done. No Pain, No ache, No discomfort at all. Truly remarkable. Their one visit crown service is great. No messing around for two weeks with a temp crown. In and out in about three hours. All done.

Now that I've FINALLY paid attention to my personal dental care; please know that in a short period of time, I've come to completely trust all your efforts. 6 new caps, 3 cleanings, and 1 root canal later; it is obvious to me not only how skilled you and your team is...but also how obvious it is that ALL your dedicated personnel have decision making space. It is easy to see that they are truly happy working in your organization. This is extremely important/vital for any organization...and certainly promotes organizational LONG TERM HEALTH. Another item that is obvious - you have all the right updated technology and everyone knows how to utilize it including your dental assistants, hygienists, and front desk personnel. All my visits have been relatively pain free. You have created a tremendous organization...AND I will always recommend you without reservation. Thanks to you and your staff ! 3/8/17

You can tell from the moment you walk into the office that this clinic is fastidious and passionate about service. From the in-person discussion Marty has with each patient, to availability in scheduling, to how sweet and flexible their billing department is, it's obvious that every single element of the customer experience has been meticulously thought through. I've referred one of my bosses who'd had bad experiences at another clinic in town, and he couldn't say enough about what a positive experience he'd had. I've only had cleanings here luckily so far, but my children have had fillings, and we had totally smooth experiences each time. Thank you Marty and team for being an excellent option for dental care for my whole family!!
