I am Marty Williams. I have been practicing dentistry since 1985. I earned my dental degree at Marquette University School of Dentistry. I keep up with the latest advancements in dentistry by attending continuing education courses each year and maintaining memberships with Brown-Door Kewaunee Dental Society, Wisconsin Dental Association, American Dental Association, Seattle Study Club, Greater Green Bay Study Club, Bayside Dental Study Club, and American Equilibration Society.
I was born and raised in Green Bay. My father was a dentist, and a huge inspiration in my life. Unfortunately, I was only able to practice with him for two short years before his and my two brothers ' deaths. They died in a plane crash in his private plane. I have since named my Green Bay dental practice 'Sierra Dental' in their memory. The word 'Sierra' was the call sign on his plane.
My family and dentistryare two of my passions. I have three grown children. I have a daughter who is a pharmacologist at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. She resides with her husband in Minnesota. I have another daughter who practices occupational therapy in the Denver area of Colorado where she resides with her fianc. My son took one of his high school passions of computers and became a software developer located in Wisconsin. My wife is my biggest supporter, without her love and support I wouldnt be able to do what I do.
Throughout the years there have been consulting teams that have helped me along my journey in dentistry. They include L.D. Pankey Institute, Dawson Center, and most recently The Levin Consulting Group.

Charlies therapy services extend to our patients of all ages. Charlie is hypoallergenic and certified to provide animal assisted therapy. He has completed his Puppy Training, Obedience Beginning, Intermediate, and Advanced Trainings, and he is a K-9 Good Citizen Dog. When you visit our office in Green Bay, Wisconsin, you will find Charlie hanging out in Dr. Martys office or assisting one of our valued patients.
We understand that not every person is a dog person so we make sure that Charlie is present only around those that need his service. Thanks to Charlie's extensive training, he is great at following orders. He is also a hypoallergenic breed that will not affect a patient's allergies.

My name is Ashley, I have been a part of the Sierra Dental team since 2008. I work chairside with Marty as his dental assistant. I enjoy being part of the family here at Sierra Dental. I was born and raised in Marshfield, but have been living in Green Bay since 2007. I am married to Ryan and we have 3 beautiful children. We enjoy camping, fishing & waterparks. Hi, my name is Jessica and I have been the Financial Ambassador at Sierra Dental since July 2014. I enjoy getting to know our current patient and welcoming new patients into the office. I am here to help patients understand their insurance policies and their financial obligation for their dental treatment. I take pride in being able to answer questions that patients have regarding their treatment whether it be insurance, cost, or scheduling.
I've been married since 2009 to my wonderful husband. Since then we have welcomed our son Jackson and twin daughters Claire and Violet into our family. I enjoy watching movies, camping, and spending time with my family and friends.
Hello, Im Katie, one of the Dental Hygienists at Sierra Dental, and I joined Dr. Martys team in 2020. I graduated from Northeast Wisconsin Technical College in May 2019, and have been a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association since 2017. I have earned certifications in administration of local anesthetic and nitrous oxide, as well as certification for soft tissue laser therapy. I have a passion for learning and staying up to date on the latest studies and advances in the field. Growing up I knew I wanted to pursue a career in dentistry, as I have always loved making others smile. I pride myself in attention to details, and creating positive dental experiences for you and your family.
I was born and raised in Green Bay, and enjoy the ever changing weather. In my free time I love traveling, being outdoors, camping and hiking. During the summer and fall time I am out on the bay jet skiing or duck hunting every chance I get. I also have a passion for crafting, DIY projects or anything creative!
