Lasers are a non-surgical approach to arresting the progression of periodontal disease. Following scaling and root planing, a laser is used to significantly reduce the bacterial colonies and decontaminate the infected periodontal pocket. Lasers also remove the infected tissue lining the periodontal pocket. As the infected tissue is removed, microscopic blood clots form and your body's natural healing response takes over. I don't know what has happened to this place but the turnover from one appointment to the next is wild. Prepare for over 2 hours for a scheduled/standard cleaning. A "dentist" cutting up your mouth and prying your mouth open due to their lack of skills. Not having tools to complete a procedure ready. Oh and can't forget putting gloves on then touching their hair...very disappointing! Most of the positive reviews were for Dr. Cao who no longer sees patients here per the office manager.

I have seen one of the comments about the place saying they lack compassion. I strongly agree with that person. They just want u to follow their way. Really rude way of handling patients. I always work in the healthcare. I think patients are ur customers and they this place needs to handle the way they talk to their patients. Its not always ur ways. Patients have the right to decline their treatments and if they decline u cannot say go to other places as we are not going to treat u. That was so rude of them to say that. One of the worst experiences

Dr Park is always amazing for my 10yr old son. She takes her time, makes sure to come find me and explain what is needed. She speaks to him in a way he can understand as well. I personally see Dr Thomas and she is always so kind, relatable, and descriptive. Their office overall is friendly and everyone is very open. Ms. Pauline always goes out of her way to come say Hi and holds conversations with my son. He never has any jitters about seeing the dentist and honestly can't wait to go and tell them about what he's done since his last visit.

Everyone is nice but they all lack skill & compassion! I've completely dropped this location due to them being way to ruff, I always leave in way more pain then I came! It's like they enjoy inflicting pain the numbing process is terrible I feel the drill everytime. This place has left me with a fear of dentist & their work isn't even worth it because I've had to get everything re done at a different establishment.

We had an AMAZING visit today. My daughter, Avery, had her first dental visit. The new patient forms were quick and easy. We were seen right after we checked in and the customer service was excellent. Aiyah (spelling?), DJ, and Dr. Park were all extremely patient, warm, and very professional. They made my little girl so comfortable that she's wants to come back already. Thank you so much for all of your kindness today!
