I'm only giving this review for the back office team Rosa was amazing. She walked me through every step of the process. Dr. Maddipatti was very kind when explaining my concerns. I couldnt give a bad review because they work very hard in the back office and turn that bad moment into a good time. Her bedside manner was great even though I was a bit grumpy from my experience at the front check-in. The ladies at the desk were tossing my ID back and forth, that kinda irritated me but I was calm and said nothing. They didn't have name badges so tacky and the way they were dressed was not very front office. The way they spoke to each other in front of me was so annoying.

Really disappointed in my experience here. I have always enjoyed the dentist/no dental anxiety, but now that has changed. The hygienist was amazing, very kind and talked me through what was happening during my visit. The main doctor was insulting during the first examination and during the second she barely talked me through what was happening. She was not sympathetic after hurting me and it was the first time I was almost in tears by the time it was all over. Now I can't even floss between the tooth that was filled because that space has been fused together which I will have to go get fixed by someone new.

I was quickly escorted to the examination room where the procedures for the day were clearly explained. I was thoroughly examined and questioned regarding my dental hygiene routine which was really good. Nadia was awesome in performing the cleaning and prepping me for the Dr.'s examination. I apologize for not recalling the young lady's name that took me back to the exam room and performed the X-rays but she was great. It's unusual to have fun at the dentist's office but this was a very good experience!

Scheduled cleaning, exam and x-rays $79.00 on June 6th....they could not see me til July 26th. On July 26th they cancelled my appointment due to Dr. Out sick they said . They said they could not see me for another couple of months . Wow!!! Really?? Coupon offer is expired now. I'll find another dentist that wants business. Coupon is a scam. Shame on them.

This was my first visit to Sienna Dental and I must say that I was impressed! First off, it was really easy to make my appointment and they offered several days and times for me to choose from. The office is very clean and the receptionist was very warm and friendly. Lots of comfortable seating but luckily my wait time to see the dentist was not long at all. The dentist and dental assistant that tended to me were both excellent! I felt very well cared for and comfortable - something I haven't really experienced at a dental clinic before. I have pretty high anxiety when it comes to dentistry, but everyone there was very compassionate and understanding. My experience was very positive and I would highly recommend Sienna Dental to anyone for their dental needs.

I'm giving this dentist's office five stars as they were very accommodating for a last-minute appointment. The professionalism started over the phone and didn't end until walking out the front door. The hygienist and dentist's chair-side mannerism was gentle but thorough, and the front desk ladies explained how I could maximize the use of my insurance before the new Insurance kicked in. Thanks for a pleasant experience.

My very first appointment scheduled a month or so out and the dentist office called 5 days before the appointment and said they need to change my appointment time. Bad precedence starting off. Looking for another reliable dentistry.

Been coming here for years never had any issues. Oh today due to Sienna's growing traffic issues I was 15 mins late. Was told I couldn't be seen. I'm truly disappointed because my work schedule is tight and I have to miss for these type of appointments. I have been with Sienna before they moved to the new location. Really dissatisfied with the customer service I received.

The appointment system is horrible. The doctor is alway out of the office, her daughter, her vacation... and the office doesn't communicate with you. When you arrive at your appointment, they are surprised. Even they sent you multiple text message a day before. It happed twice to my family. Moving to a new office. Horrible!

Janice is my dental hygienist, she literally makes me falling asleep when she cleans my teeth everytime, I don't feel anything! Dr.Joshi is very patient also, I have needle phobia, she was so patient on comforting me before she gave me the anesthesia. Luv them, will never change place!

Great service, professionalism and they have the latest equipment. I have had several deep cleanings in the past with other dental services, but this one amazed me with the detail of the service and the use of latest equipment that others don't use. Fantastic Service!
