Great experience at Sidney Smiles. The staff is very kind and helpful. Wendy the hygienist did a good job and was gentle cleaning our teeth. Dr. Z figured out the issue with my tooth and the remedy. Kimberly at the front desk found out how much it would cost & insurance coverage right away.. We really appreciated that. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. Thanks again!

Dr Z was very professional. Theresa was very gentle and thorough with cleaning my teeth. The receptionist was considerate of the expenses and offered to preauthorize with my insurance for my treatment plan. I couldn't ask for anything more.

I have a filling and an extraction done today, the staffs was so friendly and the the Dr was great. I was have anxity over the numb he give me time to calm down and talk to me through the whole process.

Very nice dentist .I wish my son could come here also .They said they're not accepting any more new patient.I wish they would allow my son to come here because he and I could ride together and set up our appointments the same day. My son and I used to go to the dentist the same day but the one in high Street closed in Piqua . He's still looking for a dentist and hasn't found one.His filling fell out of his tooth. Sydney smiles is really a nice dentist.I really do wish my son Steven could come here also. They cleaned my teeth and did a really good job.

Best experience I've had with a dentist. I've got epilepsy and a trigger is anxiety, I had 2 extractions and he would stop frequently to assure I was ok. They care about their people who come to them for dental work, and they're attentive to you as well unlike the other dentist I had before. Receptionists are very kind and helpful, always upbeat with a laugh here and there lol. You gotta get here.

Pediatric care is awful not only that but every 6 months you have a new dentist and this was happening way before covid. My son had a baby tooth molar pulled(one the he wouldn't lose until pre teens). The anesthetic was not working which I addressed. The doctor brushed it off and claimed it dosen't work the sane everytime, which is absurd since my son has and still has responded the same to the nitrous gas everytime. Anyway he felt every single bit of that tooth pulling. They also failed to mention that he needed and spacer for the tooth. Finally fed up with how my kids dental visits go I found a good pediatric dentist. Since they failed to tell me he needed a spacer it was to late when I was told and now he will need more work done in the future as all his teeth start coming in. If you have kids I would definitely look elsewhere.

I was extremely afraid of getting my tooth pulled. When I got there and they got me all ready they made sure I was completely numb and took there time to make sure i felt little to no pain. I had some discomfort and was very well pleased with the visit I will definitely be keeping this as my permanent dentist I highly recommend. P.S. thank you sidney smiles...

My 3 year old went for the first time. Nothing was explained to him. And when he said it hurt the dentist just kept saying it didn't hurt. Thankfully his exam lasted less than a minute. The assistant kept missing his mouth with the suction tool and jabbing it into his cheek. We will NOT be back there

These people are great. Very respectful and explained what options where available without any pressure to go for the most expensive option. Unlike a lot of other dentists. The even showed me what the tooth had that was wrong with it and explained why it was causing me so much pain. I'll stick with these people for my future work.

Got in at my appointment time if not a little bit sooner. Dental hygienist was very nice and helpful know I was nervous. Doctor (which is a different one from the one I seen last time in 2018) was very nice. Let me know what I needed and the plan. Answered my questions and I did not feel rushed at all. Took his time.
