Dr. Nicole J. Siara-Olds was born and raised in Windsor, Ontario. Her parents are both dentists and encouraged their children to also enter the field of dentistry. They were very successful, as all their three daughters became dentists.
In 2000, Dr. Siara-Olds earned her Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry from the University of Windsor, Ontario. After graduation, she attended the University of Detroit Mercy, where she received her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2004.
During that time, she was part-time clinical faculty at the University of Detroit Mercy, School of Dentistry. She then proceeded to attain her Master of Science degree and certificate in orthodontics at the University of Detroit Mercy.
Dr. Siara-Olds became a board-certified orthodontist in 2009 and recently published her thesis, Long-term Dentoskeletal Changes with the Bionator, Herbst, Twin Block and MARA Functional Appliances in the Angle Orthodontist. She currently is Adjunct Faculty at the University of Detroit Mercy, teaching the orthodontic residents.
During her dental education, Dr. Siara-Olds achieved academic honors including, National Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honors, Alpha Sigma Nu Honors, the American Association of Orthodontists Award, and the Quintessence Award for Clinical Excellence in Restorative Dentistry.
Dr. Siara-Olds is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics and a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Michigan Association of Orthodontists, Great Lakes Association of Orthodontics, American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association, and the Oakland County Dental Society.
Welcome to Siara-Olds Orthodontics! Our board-certified orthodontist in Milford, MI, treats patients of all ages. Whether someone is 7 or 70, they can always expect to receive quality patient-centered care.
When you first visit our office, well introduce you to our board-certified orthodontist, Dr. Siara-Olds. Shell then ask you a series of questions to determine whether youre ready to begin your orthodontic journey. Depending on your unique circumstances, we may also need to take a panoramic radiograph.
If youre a candidate for orthodontic treatment, well start taking diagnostic records. This includes a digital scan of your teeth, photos of your face and teeth, and X-rays. Dr. Siara-Olds will then use this information to develop a custom treatment plan for your smile.
You will be able to discuss fees and payment options before treatment begins. We have payment plans to suit different budgets. We will be happy to assist you in preparing and submitting the necessary forms to help you collect benefits from your insurance company.
We work hard to provide affordable orthodontic treatment. But the treatment fee is the sole responsibility of the patient/parent (responsible party signing the contract), regardless of what your insurance company pays.
All payments for orthodontic services are made directly to this office by the adult patient or parents. Please understand that you are financially responsible to the doctor for all services rendered. Your insurance company or union is responsible to you for insurance benefits.
You will be expected to keep your account up-to-date with our office regardless of the insurance payment schedule of your insurance company or union. Our office will handle the claim for orthodontic treatment (emphasizing assignments of benefits directly to you).

My boys have had a great experience so far! The staff is always smiling and helpful, even help to ease the boys fears of the unknown. We became patients based on the many positive reviews from friends and neighbors, and have not been disappointed.

I am on my third kid going to Dr Olds for treatment. This has been very smooth and very professional and she deserves kudos for us being extra needy :-) First, two of my kids have special needs and can be socially awkward. They can be loud and fearful of doctors' offices. The staff are always very patient with them. They feel welcomed. They always get service with a smile. I have Delta Dental insurance, and the staff takes care of all the paperwork and documentation so that I get maximum reimbursement from insurance (important to note that the office itself is self-pay - they can do payment plans if you need them, but insurance is a *reimbursement* for services). Finally, I have a kid who has some complicated medical issues. She is going to have jaw surgeries and extractions in the hospital under anesthesia (this will be done by oral/maxillofacial surgery, not by Dr Olds). Dr Olds' office has been great about our multiple rescheduling of this, since it has to fit in with so many other things in our lives. Five stars, I would give her six if I could !!

Dr. Siara-Olds and staff are the best! We went to a couple of other offices before deciding on Siara-Olds Orthodontics. We chose them for their kindness, reasonable prices and location. It is a very clean and efficient practice filled with positivity. Everyone is so friendly, and the doctor always keeps me informed of my kid's progress. We have been going for about 4 years, and have never had a bad experience here. I highly recommend going to visit Siara-Olds Orthodontics!

Dr. Siara-Olds and the entire staff are extremely friendly and competent. They explain care options up front to allow for an informed decision. We are now on our second child going through treatment at this office and are very happy with the care, results and aftercare they provide.

Siara-Olds Orthodontics is 100% recommendable, team is very professional and effective, and most important vey kind and committed with their patients. I just move to Michigan from Mexico and was positively surprised that Dr. Olds took my son's case, since our own doctor in Mexico told us that it could be relatively difficult. Since the first appointment my son felt "home" and happy to be able to finish the last stage of his treatment at Siara-Olds Orthodontics.

We've had an excellent experience at this office. The administrative staff is very helpful and easy going. Dr. Siara-Olds is very thorough. The dental assistants are very patient. Overall, my child was happy there and her orthodontia experience was very positive.
