I've been going here for a few years now and the service was okay. It wasn't the best most of the staff isn't very welcoming or friendly to all guests. The receptionist are sometimes very pleasant to speak with and some hygienist as well but the doctors that I've experienced weren't so much. That was until I met Dr.Alexandra she was so kind and thorough with explaining to me what's going on and each step that she took she told me so I'd know what was going on. She was extremely careful and made sure I was comfortable. I don't know if she's new there but it was my first time seeing her and I want her to know how amazing she was and how grateful I am to have been able to have her assist me.

My CHILD broke a tooth. These folks told me to wait until NOVEMBER for them to see her and pull the rest out!!! She's a freaking child in pain and they can't do anything???? I'd recommend anywhere but here.... they clearly don't have time to treat emergencies!!!

They cancel our appointments constantly and then can't reschedule us for weeks after. They bill themselves as a children's dentist as well, but are terrible with children. They also struggle with our insurance EVERY TIME.

I absolutely love this dental office. I been to many dentist that are all about money and just tell you need work that you really don't need. But they are so nice and caring and I have come to trust them

Worst dentist I've ever been to. Me and my sister went for many years and all they do is mess up our teeth every time. Told my sister she had more wisdom teeth than she had and then changed the amount of cavities she had. For her filling they messed it up and left a black spot in the middle of her teeth. Last time I went they numbed me wrong, in the wrong place three times and every time they used the drill it hurt. So I ended up leaving with no cavities filled. Never came back. Worst dentist I've ever been to.

I've been coming here every 6 months since I was about 7-8 years old ... and I'm 31.... I refused to go anywhere else. I've always been so comfortable here. Amazing dentists, office staff & hygienists! And I have beautiful healthy teeth :)

Very unprofessional. I was bullied into an appointment and was told to stay outside due to COVID. My children didn't receive their school note and after calling them I was told to come back up to retrieve the note. This has happened a few times. Rep on the phone was very nasty and not helpful at all. I've had it with this place. They're blocked on my phone.

I needed to reschedule my appt for this afternoon because something came up with work. I called to reschedule & there is a cancellation fee of $100.00. I was not trying to cancel, just reschedule. I could see if I was notorious for cancelling last minute or not showing up at all but I have been a dedicated patient there for over 20 years and I felt this was unacceptable. I will be changing dentists because of this. In times like these with peoples work schedules, duties & locations changing, you would this that this "family oriented" business would keep that in mind. Thank you for all the cleanings & small talk over the years. please share this information with whomever you feel. Very disappointed.

After using them for around two years and hearing how healthy my mouth was, I apparently had four sudden cavities. When asking how they missed them last time or what I had been doing wrong I was shrugged off. Before I could schedule the work, they sent me to their finance office to discuss the steep costs they were quoting for the work and given paperwork to sign. Being a skeptic, I saw another dentist who said I had no issues whatsoever after a far more thorough examination. I am disappointed that what seemed to be a reputable Dental group for years tried to scam me into needless work.

The staff was friendly and professional. I've had extensive dental work throughout the years and this is the first time that I felt absolutely no pain. I came to have 2 teeth extracted and it was an enjoyable experience. Even the the numbing injections did not hurt I have to have more teeth extracted and will be back. Dr. Igor Reizenson knows his stuff!

I will be finding a new dentist for me and my family after years of coming to this dentist office. The Dentist and ladies that do the cleaning are wonderful but the front office staff needs customer service improvement. Was running late due to a fatality crash on I20 and they refused to see us. I'm calling them throughout to alert them I'm trying my best to get to you and I'll be running late due to crashes. The lady on the phone was nasty and stated I'm sorry ma'am we have a 10min policy and you're late. The reason why was not taken into consideration. I explained I was right off the exit and asked could at least one of us be seen and she replied if you're not here in one minute we will not see you. At that point I told her since I'm so close I'll come in for my records and she was absolutely fine. I didn't put up a fuss, was rude, or anything. When I got to the office they had my paperwork ready. It's sad that you can have great dentists but horrible customer service front office staff. I got off work from Cobb county and couldn't help it was accidents all over but the front office could care less. When I have service like this I never put up a fuss or be nasty, I simply take my business elsewhere.

Dr. Reizenson is the absolute best there is....He is patient...caring....honest...and gentle...I would never see another dentist....I have a broken wisdom tooth and he gave me a referral to have an oral surgeon pull my tooth rather than him putting me through that in the office....I cannot say enough about the level of trust i have for him!!! He always makes me feel at ease and is so nice and pleasant every single time i see him!!! Thank you for all you do Dr. Reizenson!!!

I have been to this office and I see Dr Reizenson( Dr. R) He is very attentive and takes his time listening to his patients concerns. He explains everything he is doing beforehand. If you feel any pain, he is there to help right away. I am so very glad he is my dentist. I would recommend him to anyone and have in the past and of course they love him too.
