My wife suffers from extreme anxiety and she needed to have a tooth extracted. Normally if I ( her husband ) go into the room with her, she will get through the procedure. I made all of the nurses aware of this and the nurses told the doctor. They would not let me go in with her no matter how much we pleaded with them, so we walked out. Every dentist we ever went to, never had a problem with me sitting in the room with her. In fact sitting in their parking lot I called another dentist and when I asked if I could sit in the room with her during her procedure, they didn't even hesitate and said yea, that will not be a problem. In my opinion there is no bedside manner , you are just a paycheck. Goodbye Shuayb, that was their second chance, never again.

Being a royal customer for over 7 years, the last visit in July was a terrible experience... The dental office told me on the phone the X ray was mandatory for my upcoming visit, I said that's not right because I just did it not long ago, if it is really mandatory, I want to get my new dental insurance before my appointment (my old insurance was canceled). then she said the total bill (cleaning & X-ray) was only less than $100... So I went to my appointment on Tuesday... But after finishing they asked me to pay $204, I said that's not right, I need to talk with the person who was on the phone with me, they said that lady was not in the office today... I asked to talk with the doctor, they declined my request... I asked doctor's phone number or email, all been declined/refused... It has been hurting me so much so I am writing this review even it happened few month ago... The Dental office's address is: 229 Mariner Blvd, Spring Hill, FL

Went in to the office with terrible tooth pain, I ask for a cleaning in hopes that maybe that might alleviate a little of the issue. They tell me to leave and get lunch AFTER I PAID THEM, and while I drive away in the rain and while I'm gone I get called and told me they've decided to close early and can't see me. Awful just absolutely awful with a blatant disregard for their patients.

I had my teeth cleaned by Ana. Even though I live closer to the Cortez office I continue to come to the Mariner office. Ana is excellent!

Highly impressed with the staff and Dr. Sarah Shuayb! She put 2 crowns on for me and when she gave me a shot... I didn't even feel it. I'm so glad I've changed over to her, best decision!

My first time here. Staff very friendly and pleasant. Found them in the paper with coupon for new patients. What a great deal for no one with out insurance. Dr Shuayb very nice and honest. Not out to take your money. Will be back to see him for any dental work and cleaninings

I was very impressed with the whole practice. The receptionist Mel was so friendly and very helpful and Kattook my X-rays and was also very friendly and put me at ease. Dr. Shuayb has a very nice bedside manner and was very informative and answered all my questions and explained what treatments I will be receiving. I am so happy that I found this dental practice. I have been to a few locally that I have not been impressed with at all. It was a breath of fresh air to finally find a Dentist/office staff that made me feel so comfortable. I would highly recommend Shuayb Dental. Today I had a follow up appt and I have to give a special thank you to Penny at the front desk- she was so helpful and answered all my questions! It's nice to see a doctors office with such an amazing staff !!!

This afternoon my husband was scheduled for an appointment at 4PM. He received a call asking him if he could come in sooner because the doctor wanted to go home. My husband stated he couldn't because he was at work. My husband had already arranged his day to leave early from work, therefore could not ask to leave even earlier. While on his way to the dentist, they called and rescheduled him to three weeks from now. If the dentist would like to go home early then he shouldn't be taking appointments at later times. This is very unprofessional in my opinion. Needless to say, we will be finding a new dentist.

Take advantage of Medicare patients. Not upfront with charges. They come up with a code for treatment that isn't covered under your insurance and charges co-pays. Not recommend.

Great staff! Mix up in appointment but the saw me anyway... fit me in... no "let's use up all your benefits" by showing me a huge treatment plan. They Treat as needed... Refreshing, as last 2 Dentists had me set up to trade out all fillings, fix the smallest of hairline filling cracks... Glad I switched! I trust this office
