Dr. Mujib Shuayb D.M.D. is a founder of the Shuayb Dental Institute which opened its doors in 2005. He is a Florida native. His parents are both physicians and his father was one of the first physicians in Hernando County.
Dr. Shuayb graduated from the University of South Florida with a Bachelors degree in science. He would later move to Boston to obtain his Dental degree at the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. After graduating, he moved to Pittsburgh and obtained a certificate in Advanced Education in General Dentistry.
Along with his brother Omar, he owns and operates 4 practices in Hernando, Citrus and Pasco Counties.He is an avid Patriots and Bucs fan and has a few hobbies himself such as basketball, boating, fishing, and traveling

First I'd like to compliment the staff. They are absolutely amazing! They offered to get me in at an earlier time, however, I was ok with waiting. The dentist was so gentle and color matched my front tooth crown perfect! The dental hygienist was also super gentle when performing my deep clean. She had great conversation and was super knowledgeable when informing me about taking care of my teeth! I absolutely recommend this facility and rate them 10 plus. Received 5 crowns plus 1 filling Dr Shuayb did a excellent job no pain at all the same thing goes for every one who assisted the Dr very friendly and professional.

I have a fear of dentist, they made me very comfortable. Dr. Shuayb made sure it will be ok. Lady, Audrey and employees at desk were very knowledgeable. I am not happy with Argus, they cover very little, makes it very costly for seniors. Dr.Shuayb will now be my dentist.
