Dr. ONeill graduated from the University of Georgia and earned his dental degree from the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. Following dental school, he completed three years of additional specialty training to earn his Certificate in periodontics and implant dentistry. He received multiple awards and scholarships during his dental training, and was very active in national dental leadership organizations.
Dr. ONeill is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology and the International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and he is an Adjunct Clinical faculty at Augusta University in the Department of Periodontics.
Dr. ONeill holds special interests in dental implants, soft tissue grafting, and treatment of gum disease with advanced laser therapies. He completes numerous hours of continuing education each year, and he is the founder of the Savannah Spear Study Club.
Linda was born in Germany, and grew up in a military family. As a young girl she lived in many places, including Michigan, North Carolina, Virginia, and Maine. The family then settled in Shreveport/Bossier in 1974. She completed her dental assistant training at Barksdale AFB, and she has worked as a periodontal surgical assistant for 40 years. She has a passion for animals and started her own pet photography business called Unleashed Petography. You may see her driving around the area in Shreveport/Bossiers only mobile photography studio! She currently has three standard poodles and a golden doodle, and she enjoys traveling, photography, and taking on home projects. In her remaining spare time, she spends time with her grown son Sawyer, her dogs, and friends and family.
