Dr. Kacos grew up with a mouthful of problems, he spent tons of time being treated by dentists, oral surgeons, and orthodontists. In fact, Dr. Kacos went to college with braces on! Doc loved the way his clinical team interacted with him and the way they changed his life He knew he wanted to be just like them. Ben graduated from the Medical College of Georgia in 2011 and he believes that graduating gave him a license to learn. Doc considers himself super lucky to love what he does so much because it makes learning more and more fun for him.
Over the years Dr. Kacos has earned Fellowships and Masterships in prestigious dental implant organizations. He has also earned a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry. His favorite thing to do is IV sedation and he has tons of sedation education as you can imagine. Dr. Kacos education places him easily in the top 5% of all dentists in the country.

Found Dr.Kacos office as I looked for an endodontist after given a referral from my dentist to specialist. The office I was referred to was booked and I would not get in for several weeks. I called several other offices with the same result and they also said I would have to pay for all expenses up front and be reimbursed by insurance. When I called Shreveport Dental Solutions I was able to come same day was given prescriptions to help with pain until antibiotics cleared inflammation. Staff was super pleasant each time I came into the office and super accommodating. I was very nervous for my procedure and I was comforted by the staff there. They gave me multiple options to help with pain and anxiety during the treatment. When I had question about the procedure Dr. Kacos was patient and explained benefits and consequences of my dental options. Great trip to my least favorite type of appointment!

Today was my first time seeing Dr. Kacos, and I definitely say that I have he and his staff are the greatest staff that I have ever met. Every question I was answered with great detail. The whole practice gets 5 stars. From the front door checking out I was greeted with a smile. This whole experience was 10/10. I would recommend Dr. Kacos to anyone.

Both dentist and the staff were amazing! They are all so thorough and caring. I've had bad experiences in the past with another office but this office fixed those problems. I've never felt more comfortable in a dentist office before. I'm so glad I switch to them!!

Today was my 1st appt at Dental Solution and I must say overall it was a great experience with the crew. Staff as well doctor were nice , procedure was quick and painless and environment was clean. I must say you should definitely choose Dental Solution to take care of your smile and etc!!

Dr. Stephanie is awesome! I was nervous and anxious about my appointment but Dr. Stephanie stepped into the room and immediately put me at ease. She was gentle and constantly checked to make sure I was ok. After40 years of dental procedures, my appointment with Dr. Stephanie was absolutely the best! The staff was warm and friendly; the office was inviting with pictures of community involvement. My total experience was positively memorable. This is the type of referral you pass along.

I'm thrilled to announce that after my review last time of 2 stars, the tides have turned! Upon arriving to the office, I was greeted immediately and didn't have to wait long before my name was called by Misty. I can't say that my day was going so great when I walked into the office, but Misty had such a warmth and friendliness about her that my day was actually better after leaving. Not only that, but I generally have very bloody and sore gums after a cleaning, which I informed her of, so she was extremely gentle but very thorough...sooo much appreciated! What was really nice to see was when Misty escorted me to the checkout, we passed by 3-4 different employees, all of whom smiled and said "hello," which I found wonderful! Those kinds of small actions mean a lot to patients! My checkout with Nika was friendly, humorous and a great way to wrap up my visit to the dentist! Nice job to all of you! Keep up the great work, the positive attitudes and the hard work...love to see a place of business focus on the importance of customer experience!
