We LOVE Dr. K! He took the time to explain the treatment plan for our daughter's braces. He told us that he recently joined the team at Showtime Smiles after practicing for many years at another office. You can really sense his passion as an orthodontist as he explained things to us. Honestly, the old orthodontist never took the time to explain anything. So refreshing to find a doctor who really cares about his work! 5 stars for sure!

My sons have been coming here for years. So sad the business sold and has taken such a downshift. They don't have proper customer service skills and don't know who or what service their patients received. Look around before choosing this provider.

My four children have been going to Showtime Smiles since we moved to the Mckinney area a year ago. From the customer service to the attentiveness of the dental professionals, I must say is very impressive. Now a days, I can say that the customer service is not as it used to be so whenever I go in for my children's routine dental visits, I am greeted and treated as an individual, a patient that matters to this office. I highly would suggest anyone to please visit this office, if your new, go ahead and get there, if you're not receiving the greatest customer service where you currently go for your dental needs, PLEASE GO! you will not regret it and thank me later:)

Our first few appointments were amazing & we recommended several people. The last few months have been beyond a nightmare. Not sure what in the world is going on there, but I definitely will not be returning after today's screw up. Angry doesn't even begin to describe it.

My kids got braces and I was quoted certain amount but when I received the ins EOB it shows they billed them more than agree amount. I have been calling their office and have leave numerous messages to contact me or the person responsible for the claims and no one contacted me. After 3 weeks the office manager contact me and told me she was new and she was going to review the claim and get back with me. Here is June 5 weeks later and she never contacted me. I went into the office and ask to speak with her and I was told she was out of the office. I requested to speak with someone else above her in regards the claim and I was told there is no one else above her. This is not a way to do business mainly when you have a customer calling for the past 2 months. Once my kids Done with the braces treatment I will be changing Dentist. I will be file a complaint with BBB. The doctor is amazing but beware when they file your claim be sure you check what they bill your insurance

I enjoyed this journey because they made me comfortable at every visit. Being older and getting braces was kind of an issue for myself but they made it a fun journey. Every visit was worth it. They have so much patient and very gentle. Will definitely be bringing my son once it's time. Thanks for making this journey for me easy.
