My mom went here for toothache. She didn't know any English and was helped by a translator who also had to help someone else so the translator left after explaining everything to the doctor. The nurse and doctor pull out her teeth, wouldn't show her the tooth/give it to her. they didn't pull the right tooth out. And we had to pay over $500 for pulling out a good tooth. We went to another dentist because she was still having problems with the tooth this dental clinic was supposed to have taken care of.

This place is absolutely the WORST so called dental office and torture chamber I have ever experienced in my LIFE! They are extremely unprofessional. The place looks unclean. This was the first dental treatment my 6 year old son got at this place. We will be going back to his previous dentist after this. My son had to get 3 fillings, but I only let them do 2 because they had him in so much pain. My son said he was numb but they had this huge device in his mouth to catch water and debris that he said was hurting him, and he was uncomfortable with the drill and shots and the dentist did nothing to try to make the situation better. I had to tell them to move the device to allow my son to take a breath and start back. They would not give him a break (without me telling them to) when he would raise his hand in tears yelling as much as he could for them to stop and I had to tell them forcefully to stop and just finish the 2 top teeth and we will go somewhere else to get the other one done. They kept saying it was not hurting him. When I asked Dr. Philip Nation how long the process would take, his response was "As long as it takes" in a very condescending manner. Then I get a letter from the insurance company that the claim is denied until the dental office provides proper information including that the dentist's credentials were active and valid on the date of service. Basically, THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE FULLY INVESTIGATED!! There are several other negative reviews of this office with similar stories, and I don't believe it's a coincidence! I would put negative stars, but Google makes me choose at least one!

Just wanted to say to the owners of this place. As a customer and potential patient when looking for a place for my service I DO read reviews from people that have gone to businesses. I was told to try this place from my neighbor because I've been having horrible pain from 3 broken teeth. She told me that you guy accepted soonercare and could get me in fast. And not just pull the teeth but possibly try to save them now. That soonercare now covers more than just extraction. (which was why I had dealt with the pain so long I thought all soonercare would pay for was extractions. Which still very well could be the case. But I'm getting to the point where the pain is too much and I now don't really care I just want it to stop) Anyways, so... As I do with all services I receive, I do research first. Including reading reviews from business and about the Drs. (Because iv had plenty of bad experiences) Upon reading the reviews here however I have decided to seek treatment elsewhere. I see several people complaining that they were CUT in the wrong place. Including on their tongue! I see several people complaining that the Dr does not dedicate time to each patient and bounces around from room to room rushing. (which is probably why they're cutting people in wrong areas. Because they are rushing instead of taking their time.) I see several people complain about pain and not being numb enough. Or about people being rude. Like the attendant at the desk and even how the Dr was ugly towards a patient's kids. It sounds like you as the owner are just letting this all fly. And happen. It doesn't look like you're listening to any of your patients'concerns. If you were you would address the issue, but it looks like it keeps happening over and over again with different people. I see several people all with the same issues or concerns. Reviews and patient experiences *word of mouth* matters. People are already scared of dentists as it is. Then reading reviews like this.... I'm sure it has actually cost y'all a lot of business. It sounds like you guys need to hire more dentists or book less appointments on top of each other so the dentist you have can slow down and take their time with each patient so that each patient gets the care they deserve (and paid for, rather it was covered through insurance or not. They still paid for the service) This is just my two cents. I tried to rate you with a middle rating so it wouldn't affect your rating system. While leaving a message of my concerns as a patient that was looking for service.

I've got many teeth pulled and never had problems but this place is by far the worst experience I ever had... The dentist hops around from room to room rushing through every client... They will Cut your tongue, and other areas of your mouth, he also kept hitting my other teeth with the tools he was using which was a lot of pain during and after the extraction...They use so much anesthesia that doesn't seem to ever work and you will be in pain up to a week or longer... A week and a half later my teeth are healed but after getting the numbing shot 3 times in my cheeks the pain is unbearable in my face ... I still have knots in my cheeks that are causing me to have severe pain throughout the day unless I stay medicated... they will send you home with no ibuprofen or anything to help with swelling... If you need dental Work please use the 21st and mingo location the dental team is a lot more experienced there

If I could leave a negative amount of stars, i would!!!! I DO NOT recommend this place at all. Dr always seems rushed running back and forth for patients. He waits for my cavities to get worse! Omg I had noticed one between my teeth OVER A YEAR AGO!!!!!!!! And he has barely said something now that it got bigger! I have noticed another cavity after I left the office but he didn't tell me nothing about it. I'm honestly so done with this dental office and currently looking for a new dentist. Im so disappointed and irritated.

They definitely get you in quick. And then that's it .I have never been treated with so disrespect from a professional organization. First the way he i texted the numbing agent. Was the most pain. Them he got attitude with me when I let him know I could still feel the pain. He puts more of the anesthesia numbing agent in.then comes in like a barbarian MD rips my toothed out. And sent me in. I come back for the pain .(he cut my tongue and so.e if my gums.) And he makes me feel guilty for asking him to help. He is by far the worst dentist I have ever seen.and I believe it's because of my insurance.

I thought these guys were were GREAT! But I budgeted my money ($7000, NOT $7351) and got left with them calling and informing me two hours before my third appointment that it will cost $351 to remove my stitches and install a soft liner. ...
