Far and beyond the worst dental experience I have had. On my fist visit for a cleaning, I was told I had to get an implant because of resorption. What I was told was going to be an 8-10 month experience is still in process 14 months later, not to mention the dozen plus office visits within that timeframe away from work. When I was given a fake tooth to cover the pulled tooth gap, Dr. Wei did not give me any care instructions. The whole process is over $6K and I had to research and purchase my own retainer case for the flipper. Fast forward a hellish year of poor communication and inconsistent dental work, Dr. Wei attempted FOUR times to place a permanent implant. She was unable to get the coloring, shape or length correct. Despite multiple complaints via email and phone I have not received any apology or idea of compensation for the inconveniences. They have never gone out of their way to accommodate my schedule. The flipper that was in place for over a year shifted the alignment of my other front teeth and when I confronted Dr. Wei about it, she offered me a veneer option. Rather than attempting to fix her mistake she is looking to have me spend another 5K for a second fake front tooth. Her next solution was to have me purchase a night guard so they don't shift farther - again more money and not fixing the issue. Last week they placed my permanent implant in and I have to go in tomorrow because it is hanging on by a thread. This tooth is supposed to be permanent and it can't even last a week. Total lack of professionalism, sympathy and disrespect for my personal time. If I could ever get this tooth is place I will be more than happy to stop my 2 weekly visit to Shorewood Dental to fix their own mistakes. Do not go here.

I was welcomed as a new patient a few years back the day everything shut down. They continued to offer safe and excellent services through the entire pandemic and they still stay vigilant to protect themselves and their patients, which I appreciate. This dentist is the right choice if they're in your network.

Dr. Wei is my go to dentist and I place my trust in her with my teeth. She was there for me when I got into a car accident and referred me to a great perio specialist. She did a great job on my crown for the implant and recently she fixed one of my molars that my previous dentist messed up on. She is patient and answers all my questions, which is important to me. 10/10

Highly recommend this dental!! Dr. Wei and her staff are always being nice and caring during all my dental visits when I am in Milwaukee. I feel really comfortable to visit there.

Excellent. Dentist discovered source of pain and referred me to a specialist who I was able to see same day of appointment. Dentist and Specialist were true professionals. Best dental experience ever.

First time at Shorewood Dental and I had an incredible experience. My dental hygienist was phenomenal - She gave me the most patient education I have ever received at the dentist, and I really appreciated all of her knowledge. I left with a very happy and clean mouth and a game plan for my dental issues. Very happy with my experience!

Shorewood Dental is one of the best. I was apprehensive about the dentist after mine suddenly closed for no reason. I was greeted kindly and told to have a seat. It wasn't more than five minutes before I met Krissy, my hygienist. She was very sweet and kind. She took pictures of the disaster that is my mouth and asked me about it. I explained briefly and she, in a voice that I could only describe as a mom/sister voice said: That explains a lot. She numbed my entire mouth and cleaned it so well. I found out some of my teeth can be saved! I'm thankful for the doctor too. She took the time to ask questions like why are you switching dentists? I have an advocate who speaks for me. Contrary to this post, I don't speak half as well as I write. So, my advocate talks for me. She explained to the dentist why I switched. The dentist was kind about it and proceeded to look. After looking at a bunch of X-rays, I have a comprehensive treatment plan. I'm thankful that my advocate, Mary, found Shorewood Dental for me because I don't think I'd ever go to the dentist. Long story short, I have a history of dental trauma and this dental clinic took the time and care to accommodate my concerns and questions. If I could give them more than five stars, I'd give them the galaxy.

My family has been going to Shorewood Dental for over 7 years and we absolutely love them. Dr. Wei and Lauren always treat us so well. They're knowledgable, talented, and kind. They remember details about our family and even gave us a gift after the birth of our first child! We moved to the south side of Milwaukee 5 years ago and still drive up to Shorewood just for them. I couldn't ask for a better dental office and refer them to my friends whenever I get the chance.

Just had my 1st appointment today and I'm very impressed so far! I felt safe COVID-wise because Dr. Wei wore 2 masks, almost all staff had masks on, and there was an air purifier on in the exam room. I also had to fill out a pre-appointment questionnaire about COVID symptoms beforehand. She was very thorough with everything and explained the issues with my teeth clearly along with an illustration booklet. Would definitely recommend.
