I have been seeing Dr. Ma since I can remember. While many kids hate the dentist, Dr. Ma created a warm and positive environment, and I actually liked the dentist. I am very fortunate to have seen her because she helped me create cleaning habits when I was younger so that my teeth are healthy now and don't give me any problems. The same can be said about my siblings and cousins who also saw Dr. Ma. I still see Dr. Ma as an adult. She is hard working, detail oriented and cares about her role as a dentist, and most importantly cares about her patients. Dr. Ma will personally reach out to you to see how you are doing. The office has that doctor-patient care that is lacking in the majority of offices out there. Lupita, who works at the front desk, is very kind and welcoming. She knows the ins and outs of her job very well and deals with the insurance so that I never have to. She has been working with Dr. Ma for years and together, with the rest of the staff, they all make a phenomenal team.

Amazing Dr. Ma with her team, Alfonzo made my crown-ing process less stressful. The boutique feeling and ambiance makes me feel I am not at the typical dentists offices. Keep it up and thank you for today's treatment. I can't believe I am still numb. LOL

We have been in the area since 1996 and seen 3 dentist during this period, by far shoreside dental has been our best experience and our favorite. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and has always put us at ease with our questions and concerns. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for their first or new dentist.

Dr. Ma is a great dentist that shows care and kindness. She goes above and beyond to take care of any problems that arise. My favorite thing about this office is that not only do my kids get taken care of but I as well, without having to make different appointments at different offices. We are all being cared for under Dr. Ma. The best part is that she also dose our ortho. If your looking for a dentist that your kids love I recommend you come see Dr. Ma!

If you are looking for a great dentist and good staff and clean office Dr Ma's office is that place. She is gentle and is always checking on her patients after the visits. This office understands the fear most people feel going to the dentist. I tend to bring my headphones and just relax.

Dr. Ma is the best! She is kind and caring and gentle. We first met her at Bellflower Dental and when she moved, we followed her to San Pedro. The drive is definitely worth the service. Lupita is great and always accommodating and the office is clean and pleasant.

i came in because i was turned away from another dental facility .. im glad i was turned away otherwise i wouldnt have met SHORESIDE DENTAL If i can rate this place a thousand stars i would !! Dr Ma was very thorough throughout my visit here, made me feel at home ! and made all my nervousness go away lol! i cant wait to return for my next appointment already. BIG THANKS TO LUPITA AND THE SHORESIDE DENTAL TEAM FOR THE AWESOME VIBES FROM THE MOMENT I WALKED IN TO THE TIME I LEFT !

I highly recommend Shoreside Dental! All of the staff, including Dr. Ma were so kind. I had 3 appointments in the past few months, every time I was seen right away. No horrible long waits. They told me what my out of pocket would be, so there were no surprise high costs, and no extra "cash" charges that a lot of places seem to be doing now a days. I had a horrible experience at another place over 2 years ago, and I was so afraid to go to any dentist. After seeing Dr. Ma I can honestly say I'm looking forward to finally getting back to the dentist and taking care of my teeth. The quality of care is amazing, the staff is great, and billing is fair. Everything you could possibly ask for in dental care!!

As a new client, first impression was great. You walk into the quaint neighborhood dental office, and you notice the fresh clean smell. The lobby is spotless with plenty of hand sanitizer. Dr. Ma is very kind and proactive in her treatment approach. I would definitely recommend Dr. Ma, and office to anyone looking for a dentist in the area.

Dr. Ma and her staff are the most caring and professional dental office I have been to. They genuinely care about you, and the health of your teeth and gums. I'm always so impressed when she calls me nightly after my visits just to check on me and see how I am doing. They are the absolute best dental office and I highly recommend them!

I have been in the care of Dr. Ma for about 13 years. She is always honest about the treatment I need. Dr. Ma is gentle. She always follows up with me after an appointment (love that). I have chosen her to treat my toddler son, as she is gentle and caring. Lupita is funny and always accommodating.

Dr. Ma and her staff are very competent and professional. She is treating our family of 5 and we could not ask for a better dentist. She is gentle with our children and displays kindness, she listens to our concerns and her recommendations are always the best. She has the most amazing front office staff, who are communicative and kind. Pita is top notch! Always calls and communicates thoroughly. She has made our experience with her feel amazing, and my family loves getting treatments done (and I have kids ages 2 6, and 7). Most kids have anxiety going to the dentist, but not my kids. Thank you Dr. Ma for all you do.

Dr. Ma is the best dentist. My family and I have been going to her for years and we wouldn't change a thing. She's always there when we need her and makes sure to check on us after ever appt. We just adore her.

I've been coming here since I was a teenager and Dr Ma always makes me feel welcome. She know how afraid I am of needles and she always makes me feel calm and safe. I can't wait till my son is old enough to start going to see her. My whole family goes to Dr Ma and we wouldn't go anywhere else.

BEST Adult & Pediatric Dental Office in all of SouthBay that I have ever been to!!! They have been treating my 4 kids since the age of 1. Now they are providing excellent Ortho (braces) services.
