Dr. Zak is a lifelong resident of Northeastern Wisconsin and a graduate of Southern Door High School. After earning a B.S. in Biology from the University of Wisconsin - Eau Claire, Dr. Zak obtained his Dental Surgery Degree from the University of Minnesota in 1995, graduating with high honors.
The following year, he completed a General Practice Residency at the VA Hospital in Palo Alto, CA. He returned shortly after to practice dentistry in Manitowoc at Shoreline-Legacy Dental. Dr. Zak is a member of the Manitowoc-Calumet Dental Society as well as the Wisconsin and American Dental Associations.
Originally from the Quad Cities, Dr. Allison graduated from the University of Iowa in 1979 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. In 1988, Dr. Allison received his degree in dental surgery from the University of Iowa and then moved to Manitowoc with his family to begin his career in dentistry.
Dr. Allison and his wife, Kimbra, have three children, including two daughters, who have followed in his footsteps - Dr. Jessica Hall of Manitowoc and Dr. April Tressler of Middleton, WI. Their son, Adam, works for a major medical software company in Verona, WI.
She graduated from Minnesota School of Dentistry in 2006 and completed a General Practice Residency at Hennepin County Medical Center in Minneapolis. Dr. Hall returned to Manitowoc and joined Legacy Dental in 2007.
