I have been going to Shoreline Dental since 2014. I cannot express to you how wonderful the staff is and how amazing my dentist is. Everyone is so polite, considerate, and shows a ton of empathy. If you are looking for someone who gives professional advice, does a wonderful job with cleaning, and shows empathy for you... This is the place for you!!

Ruby at the reception is very prompt and efficient. She handles scheduling and billing with utmost care. Dr. Jennifer Lam is an amazing professional. She is very detailed and great at her job. She is very compassionate and makes me very comfortable every time I visit her! I highly recommend her!

My family has been visiting Dr. Hanh Le for more than a decade, and till date I have never had a poor customer experience at her dental clinic. The staff at the reception are very prompt and efficient. They handle scheduling and billing with utmost care. They also give out goodie bags to kids, which my 9 year old has been excited about since he was a toddler. Dr. Le herself epitomizes compassion and perfection. She is very detailed, and takes great care to know the case history of her patients. She offers suggestions for good dental hygiene to old and young alike. She helped my 9 year old develop correct attitude towards dental care. I highly recommend her!

I originally went there for filling out my chipped tooth, then somehow they cleaned my teeth and found 7 or 8 cavities, wanted me to have another 5 visits. So I payed 100 bucks for cleaning my teeth (I have insurance) and scheduled a second visit. Second visit, surprisingly found they changed the plan we agreed on at the first visit, filling out 4 instead of 2 as planned. Okay, it's not a big deal. Then they started to work on the tooth I wanted to fix. After they were done, I found the chipped place was still there, they did not even touch it even though they were working on the same tooth! I pointed out that it's not fixed, the doctor said that one need a crown so no need to fill. Nice reason not to touch it. I was not going to do the crown until next year and till then it would be a paradise of gem and rotten food. Though she had not done anything about it, the bill already included the 4 sides of the teeth. As I called it out, she did a quick fill for that chip, without precleaning. She said it's a quick fill. Now I don't know if that tooth will rot from inside... Okay, good part of them, looks clean and relaxed, the doctor is gentle during procedure, people there look friendly. It's why I gave 1 star.

I can only say ...Dr. Co is THE BEST, Ive had many dentists in my mouth, and I can truly say he stands for what he spend many years in school. Hes kind, compassionate, caring of his patients. Very patient with those of us whom are sensitive in many ways. If you are affraid of dentistry, go to Dr. CO, If youre in pain, go, affraid of the costs. GO! His staff is very knowledgable and follows his lead on quality. He also teaches in the field and mentors other future professionals. Please call, they are so awesome.
