Actually happy to back for my cleaning. Health issues prevented me from having a cleaning for a little over a year. I was getting concerned about what might have been going on with my teeth and gums. Some work has to be done but nothing too upsetting. And they have Saturday hours which is a great help as I work M-F and there are times it is hard to get out for an appt. Happy to have found this practice - and all the smiling faces!

Love this office. There is no office that can compare with the friendliness and efficiency of this one. The Dentist and entire staff are so personable, it makes going to the Dentist a pleasure.

Prior to finding this dental facility my visits to other dentists have been far and few in between as I always found the experience to be NON PLEASANT, since I found this dental facility I have been going on the regular for the last three years, the dentist himself is very good at making it a comfortable experience and I never leave with any discomfort. The staff that works with him are friendly and pleasant, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I had sudden excruciating tooth pain and Dr. David saw me without an appt even though he had other patients. He is very compassionate and caring. Although he did not have time to do my root canal (since he was squeezing me into his schedule) he did refer to someone he knew took my insurance and who he thought would be able to see me the fastest. Dr David and his staff are all so friendly and empathetic. I will definitely continue to go to Shoreland.

Every time I go to the dentist they take great care of me. Cindy makes you feel at home as soon as you check-in. Dr. D makes sure you leave his office feeling great. He takes his time and answers every question in detail. The entire staff is very pleasant.

First time patient. I was happy to feel welcomed and greeted by smiling faces (masked but their eyes communicated the smile). Was happy to see patients being seen promptly with little to no wait in the common area. Office was extremely clean and organized. Had a professional evaluation with multiple options offered to me. Hopeful that future visits present themselves in the same way as this initial visit did!

I moved to this area a year and a half ago and have been looking for a good dentist. I tried out another highly rated office, but didn't like my experience there. The building that Shoreland Dental is located in seems to be dedicated solely to the practice which is nice. The office has a pleasant clean waiting area. The receptionist was friendly and courteous and honored my desire not to share my social security number over the phone. For my new dental insurance, my social security is my policy id number. My dental hygienist was personable and knowledgeable. I really like that this office has a panoramic dental XRay, most offices don't have this. The last doctor I went to that had one was on Central Park West. My dental hygienist really dug in. I could tell she was giving me a thorough cleaning. The dentist, Dr. Azenheimer was, and I mean this in the best way possible, a real brainiac and I like this, these are the best dentists. I got the impression from Dr. Azenheimer that he didn't struggle with his dental classes. I have TMJ issues and have been wearing a mouth guard for years. Dr. Azenheimer explained to me that there's another type of mouth guard I could use that would address the force of my grinding affecting my muscles. And I wouldn't need to have that foamy stuff put in my mouth to get the measurements of my mouth and teeth!!! All the office would need to do was use some special camera or laser to take photos of my mouth!!! Oh My gosh, what a relief. I once almost suffocated at another office with that stuff in my mouth. I highly recommend this office.

Great experience! I haven't had a visit like this in a while. Thank you for a very thorough appointment. What impressed me the most was how extremely nice and friendly the staff was. I definitely recommend this office and will be back again for my second visit!

I've been going to Dr Dave for almost 15 years. I find him to be competent, smart, helpful, humorous, and friendly. He takes time to explain everything. He also remembers our last conversation -- from 6 months before! -- and asks me about whatever I was talking about. His staff are friendly, helpful, and kind. It feels like a family place and I look forward to going ( How many people can say that about their dentist?)

Dr. Dave knows everyone's name. You have excellent dental care with a personal touch.i actually look forward to going to the dentist! Carol, Megan,and Cindy are great, too. I am sorry I don't know the name of the newest member of the team, but she is friendly, too.
