After attending college at Rutgers University, Dr. Aptaker earned his Masters in Biomedical Sciences and his Doctor of Dental Medicine at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Upon graduation, he completed the General Practice Residency at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, a Level 1 Trauma Center, where he was able to enrich his knowledge of oral healthcare.
Continuing education is an important priority for Dr. Aptaker. Hes completed the Implant Continuum at Columbia University and is a Fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantology, which is an honor that recognizes his commitment to extensive continuing education in dental implants and experience in oral implantology. He has also spent many hours understanding occlusion, or the study of the relationship between the upper and lower teeth when they approach each other.
Theres a lot to love about the dental field, but Dr. Aptaker can name a few aspects that stand above the rest. When he has free time outside of the treatment room, Dr. Aptaker enjoys staying active at the gym, going on long bike rides in the summer, cooking/grilling, and checking out local live music in Asbury Park.
Lisa is originally from Toms River. She studied at Middlesex County College and has been working in the world of dentistry for an amazing 35+ years, with the last two decades spent right here at our dental office. She really enjoys building lasting relationships with the patients through her job, as well as helping them feel comfortable and educating them on oral hygiene. Shes a great listener! When she isnt busy at work, her favorite hobbies include watching football and Lifetime movies, going to concerts, taking road trips, spending quality time outdoors, and anything to do with Disney.
A Freehold native, Patricias career in dentistry spans well over 15 years so far. She really loves helping patients day in and day out, as well as building meaningful relationships with them. She has great intuition when meeting others for the first time, which definitely benefits her role here! At home, she has three children two daughters and one son. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with the kids, going to the gym, and practicing meditation.
Kathy is originally from Freehold, and her career in the dental field amazingly covers almost 35 years. She loves interacting with patients and the other team members each day, and her analytically oriented mind makes her a great fit for managing our various finances in an expert fashion. She has been married to a wonderful guy for over 40 years, and they have twin sons. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and cooking/baking.
Bailey has been working in dentistry for almost five years now, and she never gets tired of helping our patients feel happy and comfortable throughout their visit. Originally from Brick, she studied at Ocean County Vocational Technical School and is currently pursuing a nursing degree at Ocean County College. Outside of the dental office, you can usually find her spending quality time with friends and family, painting, and watching movies.
Florindas hometown is Ocean Grove! She completed her studies at Middlesex County College and currently has nearly a decade of experience under her belt. Since joining our team in 2019, she has enjoyed delivering hygiene services while simultaneously managing each patients treatment and scheduling needs. Outside of dentistry, her interests include cooking, bike riding, going to the beach, and powerlifting. In fact, she can lift up to 165 lbs.!

My hygenist takes the best care of me. She's kind and efficient! Doctor is always so kind and caring and they all make a point to remember details about my life each time I come in (which is every six months so I love that they take note of our conversations).

Dr. Aptaker is a great dentist. Very friendly, easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, caring & does what's best for your teeth. Lisa the hygienist has been there for years & is the best to get your teeth cleaned!! Also very friendly & great sense of humor! My first cleaning with Florinda was just as excellent!! Staff is always friendly & very accommodating. If you're like me & not too keen on going to the dentist, Shore Points is definitely the best place to go!! I HIGHLY recommend!!!!

I was spoiled by my brother in law who was my dentist for decades. I hadn't found a practice as good until a friend referred us to Dr Aptaker last year. Dr Aptaker and his staff are professional and caring treating their patients as individuals whose questions are important. There is no push to sell services that aren't really necessary. Highly recommend this practice

WOW, what a great experience..First visit to Manasquan Dentistry as we are new to the area. Dr. Aptaker and staff, took the time to explain exactly what they were going to do, from XRAYS, to the exam, to the cleaning, everything was done completely, not once did I feel like I was being rushed out of the office.. As its been a couple years because of COVID since my last check up.. I didnt know what to expect.. WELL DONE Team..
