Unprofessional office staff continues to bill me for services my x has engaged in. After explaining to this office multiple times they continue to negate my parental rights, and fail to collect copays at the time service. Instead they threaten me with collections letters. Good luck getting your money back! Sincerely Return To Sender! I would rate your office with a zero for customer service.

One of the most unprofessional healthcare providers I have ever dealt with. After supposedly having a difficult visit, a note was made i my 9 year old's chart preventing the staff from scheduling future appointments in the afternoon. This was never communicated to me until I went to make his appointment several months later. We are working parents to three children and do not have the luxury of missing multiple days of work to take them to the dentist. Despite explaining our situation, Shore Pediatric Dental Group refused to work with us in any kind of timely manner, even though we have been patients for several years. If you are looking for an excellent family dentist, I would highly recommend Dr. Meulener in Little Silver.

How does a Pediatric Dental group not see children under the age of 7 after 12pm - how is that helpful for any parent of children in school? Not to mention when asking if there can be done you are meet with and attitude. This must be part of their mission to "reassure the parents of our concern and professionalism."

My daughter loves it here. The office is welcoming and fun for kids and the doctors are so nice so they are never scared of them. The whole staff does so well with the kids, they are great at what they do and are the kind of people you can trust.

We liked the dentists so much we decided to stay even though our insurance did not cover it. We then changed insurance just to be able to have our pediatric dental covered, and the representative at Shore Pediatric Dental Group approved the plan that would cover us. We have never been mislead so badly by an office. The right hand really does not know what the left is doing. They say one thing one day and change it up the next. They wasted our time and cost us money and many head aches and phone calls back and forth. Truly poor customer/patient service...... To be one of the top pediatric dental offices in the area , this practice should hire more competent employees.
