The WORST dental experience I've ever had. Cold and condescending doctors and staff. Absolutely no empathy or bedside manner. I left there in tears. Felt violated by the whole experience. I can't emphasize enough how horrible this office is. I'm a grown woman and felt completely horrified by the experience. I can't imagine how they would treat children. Do not go here.

I went there a few years back and got my wisdom teeth removed. The staff is friendly and then dentist tooth them out in less than 10 minutes. It was so quick i was like your done that fast he was like yes. Another plus he only took out what NEEDED to be removed. Thank yall so much y'all did a great job. Highly recommended

My disabled(hit by a drunk driver and seriously injured) adult son went to them with infection and needing teeth pulled.They could not have been more rude or disrespectful!!He has Medicaid and they treated him like he was some kind of dirt bag.!!The foreign receptionist was horrible and they refused to give him an antibiotic claiming he didn't need one!!A week after he's still in terrible pain and the infection is raging!Had to take him to urgent care!! Completely unprofessional!!!!!

Julia was nasty. My wife called back and talked to some guy and he was nasty also! They discouraged us to come in from every different angle, like they had better patients to see. I told them I have insurance and would pay the balance in cash...they were just so rude. Go elsewhere.

Absolutely horrible service they scheduled me an appointment to extract three teeth I had to go get a Covid test quarantine for an entire week even though my test came back negative when the day of my appointment for my surgery came they called me 5o'clock in the morning to tell me that they had to reschedule it due to some unforeseen issues that they had to close the entire building down after that was done they proceeded to say they were gonna call me back with a new date for my surgery they called me back later on the next day with a date which was a week out which mean I had to takeoff another week of work and school because they needed me to stay quarantined which I absolutely could not have done so I told him to not make that appointment for me that I would have to get things situated with work and school so that I could have my surgery i called back 2 days later after I was able to make things work for school & work I was told someone will be in contact it is now been three months later I've called numerous times to schedule this appointment over the course of three months no one has responded or answered me I then decided to call this morning and all of a sudden in their system it says I never showed up for my appointment which is absolutely false so now that it's a no-show for an appointment in their system I am not allowed to use their facilities anymore even though I never got a chance to use them nor was that stated in any policy I signed nor was it printed anywhere in either facility absolutely ridiculous they've been absolutely rude no one calls you back no one says anything I completely understand that times are rough for everyone during this Covid situation but for you to treat a patient like that is absolutely ridiculous I've been sitting here for three months in pain no one has called me back and no one has done anything this is absolutely ridiculous and I would never ever tell anyone to go to the surgery center.

I just had 2 teeth pulled here yesterday, this was something I had scheduled in February with a different oral surgeon because that was the earliest they could get me in. Over the previous 24 hours before they pulled these two teeth the pain became the worst pain I've experienced in my life. I called my dentist to see what could be done. He called this place for me and they were able to get me right in with in the hour. They described the procedure well and explained why I had to be awake for it. It went quick and completely painless. It was sore a bit when the numbing wore off. But as of now it's been almost 24 hours since they were pulled and I'm feeling fine. I am very thankful for there help!

I got 4 teeth pulled (wisdom) and my whole experience was great. No pain or discomfort after and everyone is very friendly:)

The male receptionist was very abrasive & short with me both times I've called this place. I asked him how much wisdom teeth removal being put to sleep cost and he responded, just a lot of money.

My spouse recovering laryngectomy with tracheostomy. feedig tube .man who answered phone would not give me his name or sup or MD .Anthony missed 5 appts-come to find out ;it was cancer not teeth issue .NOW needs medical necessities -REFUSE him as patient and refused referral all because "computer won't let me".Had to give 1 star only because computer wont let me send our experience.

Amazing experience. I highly recommend this office. Julia is efficient and friendly. Dr. Kalika had me come in for a preliminary visit before scheduling the extractions and bone graft. He explained everything thoroughly, and Julia gave me the information about what it would cost. On the day of the surgery, Julia, Dr. Kalika, and Dr. Meyliker made me feel comfortable, safe, and relaxed. I did not experience any pain or discomfort. My excellent dentist recommended this practice, and i totally agree.

Went to Galloway office. Office staff, Julia, was exceptional--polite, professional, knowledgeable, efficient. Notified me in advance of any payment responsibilities. Dr Kalika is courteous and empathetic. Really appreciated his demeanor. Surgery/procedure was successful. Highly recommend
