WOW! I can't believe I actually enjoyed going to the dentist. The experience from start to finish was outstanding. I knew when I booked my first appointment the bar was set pretty high. I really did not expect the experience with the actual appointment to be as good as the phone interview. The inperson meeting with the friendly welcoming staff blew me away. Dr. Zaidi was top notch professional, informative and compassionate. I did not feel like he was just collecting money he actually listened and provided me options. Best yet I left in confidence that I didn't need to rush into a decision. I could just wait and as long as I was not in pain. I could hold off on any major procedure. No pressure just honest dentistry .

I went to Shore Dental Arts today as a new patient and I had a great experience. Everyone is so nice and friendly including the front desk. My hygienist was thorough and gentle and my teeth felt very clean after. Dr. Zaidi is awesome and very knowledgable. I find most dentists rush in and out for the oral exam, but Dr. Zaidi takes his time and explains everything to you. Highly recommended.

Outstanding experience. Beautiful, modern facilities, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable staff and Dr. Zaidi and Dr. Reff are impressive professionals. Highly recommend. Six months later: Follow up comment- After six months of complex work, I can't say enough good things about the whole team. Accommodating, accomplished professionals that I highly recommend. . A year later: Twelve months into extensive dental rehab and my opinion of this entire team has grown exponentially. Absolutely superb! I wouldn't wish this amount of dental work on anyone but, if it's your fate, Zaidi, Reff, and their A++ staff are the ones you MUST see. And BTW, I'm not prone to effusive reviews. Eighteen months later: You'd think that anyone who endured eighteen months of nearly constant dental work would probably be reporting on dental fatigue. Not the case here. I'm not recommending to spend your spare time in a dentist's chair, but if you have dental issues, take care of them for your overall health well being, and this is the place to do it. Professional, experienced, thoughtful, and not looking to find phantom problems, but dedicated to finding and solving real problems at reasonable rates. I strongly recommend this A+++ team. Twenty-four months into a massive amount of dental work and my enthusiasm, respect, and appreciation for these incomparable professionals has grown every time I leave their office. Rereading my prior comments, all I can report today is "DITTO." I'm not thrilled that I needed so much work but the reality is that I absolutely did need it and I'm elated beyond words that I chose Shore Dental Arts and Dr. Zaidi to get me through it. I realize that I almost sound like a shill (which is not the case) but these folks are UBER-CLASS all the way and introducing new patients to them is more a favor to the new patient than to them. Ditto-Ditto-Ditto!!! These guys (and gals) are the best. After 3 1/2 years, my respect and admiration for the entire Shore Dental Arts team keeps growing. October 2022.

Highly recommend this office, if I could give more stars I would. I have had nothing but exceptional service between the front desk staff (especially Megan), hygienists, and of course Ashton and Dr Zaidi. Everything is always explained clearly and if I have any issues they fit me in as quick as possible.

This was my first time in Shore Dental Arts today, I was amazed with how the place looked, so many staff members at the front desk. Kaitlyn did a wonderful job with my cleaning today, she took the time to make sure everything was good. Definitely recommend this place for everyone

This is the best dental office. Super clean and beautiful. Kelly the hygienist is the best I have never had anyone clean my teeth better than Kelly. She takes her time and really cleans them throughly and gently. The dentist was so nice and kind and the girls up front were Great. Whole staff is great highly recommend them.
