Dr. Shor earned his dental degree from the University of Pennsylvania, Philadelphia. After dental school, Dr. Shor went on to pursue a three year specialty training in Prosthodontics from the University of Washington in Seattle. In addition to the specialty training he successfully defended his research thesis for which he received a Master of Science Degree.
Dr. Shors area of expertise includes: Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry, Implant Dentistry, Complete and Partial dentures, and Full Mouth Reconstruction. Dr. Shor is also an accomplished dental technician an extremely valuable skill when it comes to the treatment of complex problems and cosmetic dentistry.
Upon completion of his graduate training, Dr. Shor has served as an assistant director at the Graduate Prosthodontics program at the University of Washington in Seattle. Dr. Shor continues to serve as an Affiliate Associate Professor in the Department of Restorative Dentistry at the University of Washington.
Dr. Alexander Shor has published numerous research and technical innovations papers in clinical and scientific peer-reviewed journals. Dr. Alexander Shors greatest passion is his work! Besides dentistry, his other passions are landscape photography and travel. He also likes sports and reading. He enjoys spending time with his wife Kavita Shor and daughter Sasha.

Kavita Shor BDS, MSD is a recognized specialist in prosthodontics, a dental specialty which encompasses restorative and reconstructive dentistry. Dr. Kavita Shor received her dental degree from Goa University in Goa, India. After several years in private practice, Dr. Shor went on to pursue a three year specialty training in Prosthodontics at the University of Washington in Seattle. In addition to the specialty training she successfully defended her research thesis for which she received a Master of Science Degree.
She is currently an Assistant Professor in the Department of Restorative Dentistry at the University of Washington and also serves as Adjunct Assistant Professor at the center for Pediatric Dentistry. She maintains a part time clinical practice in South Lake Union area of Seattle.
Dr. Shor has published numerous research and technical innovation papers in clinical and scientific peer-reviewed journals. She is actively involved in teaching and research at the University of Washington.
Dr. Kavita Shor is married to Alex Shor and they have a daughter, Sasha. Besides work, Dr. Shor enjoys spending time with her daughter, traveling, cooking different cuisines of the world and classical music.
