Joseph Shoop, a resident of Broken Arrow most of his life, is a 2004 graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry. He graduated from Broken Arrow High School in 1995, and received a bachelor's degree in cellular biology and chemistry from Northeastern State University in 2000. He and his wife Kelly have been married since 1998 and have two children, Jonah and Hannah.
He is also an active member in good standing of the American Dental Association, the Oklahoma Dental Association, the Tulsa County Dental Society, and the Tulsa Endo Study Club. Dr. Shoop is very active in his church where he serves as a deacon and is a sponsor in the high school youth department. Dr. Shoop has been on dental mission trips to South America and most recently, Africa.
Dr. Shoop worked for seven years as a dentist in midtown Tulsa before opening his own practice in Broken Arrow. 'I want to exceed my patients ' expectations by providing the highest quality dental care in a relaxed and comfortable environment. My goal is to make your visit such a positive experience, you won 't hesitate to refer your friends and family. Everyone from young children to older adults will receive up-to-date, personalized, and compassionate care.'

Dr Shoop is a great dentist. My family and I went to him for years while living in broken arrow. He was very knowledgeable and also very calming with very good bedside manner. The office is neat (TVs in ceiling) and staff was very kind. I highly recommend.

I have been fortunate to have Dr. Shoop as my dentist since before he opened Shoop Dentistry. He is very knowledgeable and personable. They have great dental hygienists as well. Chassie has been my tech for years and its like we are old friends every time I visit. Two thumbs up!

This family practice is by far the best dentist we have ever had. I plan on keeping my family with this dentist for as long as we live in Oklahoma! They are always considerate and go above and beyond for care! I do hope that you make them your dentist as well!

Took my 5 year old son in for his first ever dentist appointment. Unfortunately, this was an appointment for a filling. I was so worried he would freak out but Dr. Shoop was AMAZING with him! He took the time to make him comfortable in the room, explain what he does, and answer all of my son's questions. My son did so well and was telling me after we left that he had so much FUN at the dentist. Thank you Dr. Shoop for helping make this potentially horrible experience totally amazing!

Best dental assistant, best dental office, best dentist! Having had some bad experiences with dentists - both painful and expensive ones - I've found this is my happy place to get my teeth cleaned and any work done. They LISTEN well, they thank you for coming in, they make you comfortable and talk you through things if that is what you need. Great individualized patient care. - I always ask for the same dental assistant and they always accommodate me, as she's the best!!!

My appointment at Dr. Shoop's office was by far the most enjoyable and the least stressful of any I have had for years. I had avoided finding a new dentist for years due to a very disheartening experience with another dentist office in the area, and I was so apprehensive. The entire staff (including Dr. Shoop) was so kind to me, listened to me, and I immediately felt like I was in the right place. I actually feel like God lead me to them, and I'm so grateful

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Shoop and his staff. Don't let the Converse All-Stars fool you. The Doc is much more about dentistry than basketball! These folks are here to take excellent care of you and your family. They have been there for us on multiple short-notice occasions and are a pleasure (as much as dentistry can be) to visit. Leave that dentistry-mill that is trying to up-sell you and come watch some HGTV while getting great care.
