Dr. David Twesme earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University in 1984. He graduated with Honors from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry in 1988. In 1991 Dr. Twesme received a Master's degree and a certificate in Orthodontics from the University of Alabama. Dr. Twesme settled in Florence, Alabama where he opened his private practice.
Dr. Twesme has served as President of the Alabama Association of Orthodontists, President of the Alabama Orthodontic Alumni Association, and President of the Tri-County Dental Society. He is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Alabama Association of Orthodontists, Alabama Orthodontic Foundation, and the American Dental Association.
Dr. Stephen Koonce received his education from the University of Alabama with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1992. He graduated with Honors from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry, earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 1996. In 2001 Dr. Koonce received a Master's degree and a certificate in Orthodontics from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry Residency.
He opened his private practice in General Dentistry from 1996-1998 and in Orthodontics from 2001- present. He is a member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, Alabama Orthodontic Foundation, Alabama Association of Orthodontists, Tri-County Dental Association and the Seattle Study Club.
