The most attentive, nicest staff in one of the most beautiful, clean, serene dental offices I've been in (and I've seen my share of dental offices). Every member of this staff has been incredibly patient, informative and compassionate. If you need some dental work done (root canal anyone?) this is the place to go!!

What a warm welcome from the entire team!! I was greeted by Patty's sweet self at the door. Allison was wonderful at explaining everything before it happened and extremely comforting in making sure all of my needs were met. Kathy was kind enough to give me a tour of the office. Dr. Martinelli was brilliant in being thorough with her testing and explaining everything. Spot on Shire City Endo!! I will continue to recommend your practice! Thank you! :)

Zero faults. 2 visits. Bam bam. Outta there! Dr. Marinelli is very professional, explains procedures concisely, clearly. Root canal with their scary reputation? Not my experience at all. Similar to routine dental visit, in brand new offices. Later. Afterward, my long time dentist took a look at the result and said to her assistant, "it's a beautiful thing."

OH...MY...GOODNESS!!!! When I was referred to Dr Sarah Martinelli by my dentist for a root canal, I was a bit anxious to say the least. Growing up in the 50's and 60's, a root canal was typically not something our parents described as "something to look forward to! " Dr. Martinelli and her staff were absolutely incredible. They made sure I was pain free through the whole process, repeatedly explained what she was doing, answered every question I had throughly, took X-rays and scans to show me on an iPad how the process was going and even explained the different " sounds" I'd be hearing from equipment being used! I also have had treatment for my TMJ in the past, and Dr Martinelli placed a little rubber appliance between my upper and lower teeth that eliminated the stress I always experience from having to hold my mouth open for long periods. THAT was a Godsend! Dr. Martinelli and her staff were attentive, professional, efficient and the most caring and compassionate dental team I've ever had. The office is absolutely beautiful and adorned with original art work - is very relaxing! Upon leaving, I made the comment to Dr Martinelli: " Well, it wasn't quite as relaxing as a facial- because you were so busy in there ( my mouth) but I literally felt absolutely no pain whatsoever, and could have fallen asleep!" The technology, medications, and skill of the endodontists today have indeed eradicated the fears of the 50's and 60's for sure! Should I ever be referred for another procedure requiring an endodontist, Dr. Martinelli will be my choice! I MAY grimace upon hearing I ever need another procedure in the future ....but costing "a bit more than a facial"...my worry would be the cost I'd need to plan for......DEFINITELY not the procedure!

Shire City Endo is amazing! Friendly, professional, Covid-conscious, and accommodating. Just had my first root canal, and they were incredibly empathetic and did a wonderful job!

Dr. Martinelli and her staff are wonderful. They are efficient, polite, and personable. I am 5 days out from a triple root canal on a back molar and after some soreness the first two days completely back to normal as I await my regular dentist for finishing the crown. Very pleased so far.

No one enjoys hearing that they need a root canal, or that they will probably have to drive an hour to the nearest endodontist. That's why I was so happy to hear about Shire City Endo and Dr. Martinelli. The office is in Lenox and they were able to see me within days of my first phone call. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. The facilities are new, the atmosphere is attractive and calming. Dr. Martinelli explained everything she was going to do, each step of the way. She even got me a weighted blanket when my legs got cold! Great experience all the way around.

A root canal treatment is not a treat. But it mattered to me that the staff and the dentist were so good at it. Dr. Martinelli took the time to show and explain the procedure before we got started. During the treatment she made sure I was all right, and told me what they were doing. After, she took time to tell me how it went and what I need to do next and answer questions. A couple of days later I'm pain free, and sleeping again.

Great staff and bright cheerful office. Very understanding and supportive of individuals with anxieties and fears of going to dentists. Dr. Martinelli and her staff do everything possible to make you as comfortable as can be.

Just had my first root canal (ever) with Dr Martinelli @ ShireCityEndo. She was excellent. Very caring, sensitive and explained everything in detail. The entire office staff are also pleasant and efficient. It is a spectacularly beautiful office - very nice setting and it is immaculate. Hope I never need another root canal, but I will definitely go here if I do.

I Had sever Pain and the staff took me in the same day!!! The staff was friendly, professional and kind. The doctor, Sarah was detailed, articulated and helpful. I felt like everyone at the office cared! In addition, the new offices are serenely decorated and beautiful with state of the art equipment. Wonderful windows with natural light. I will never go to another endodontist other than Shire City Endo. Recommending to all my friends! Im so thankful to everyone at the office!

I was referred by my dentist for evaluation for a possible root canal. The office is well-appointed with large windows and was very clean and welcoming. The staff and Dr. Martinelli could not have been more pleasant. As it turns out, I was not a candidate for a root canal. However, I would not hesitate to be treated here. Everything was explained thoroughly and everyone was very professional.

The entire crew at Shire City Endo is warm, friendly, effective... Just what you really need when you come in for a root canal (!!)... I was honestly scared to death when I arrived, and they all put me at ease, immediately. The office is bright, modern, clean and somehow induces a state of calm. Dr. Martinelli is compassionate, patient, competent. I can honestly say that I have had more pain when receiving simple fillings than I had during and after this procedure. I could not recommend Dr. Martinelli and her team more enthusiastically. Don't even bother thinking about any other Endodontist should you require a root canal or any other kind of Endodontic procedure.
