Dr. Patrick Shipp earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Mississippi College and his DMD degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center. He completed a one-year residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry at the University of Mississippi Medical Center. He continues his schooling by taking numerous continuing education courses to stay up-to-date on the latest in dentistry so he can provide the best care for his patients.

He has received the following awards from dental school: the Mississippi Dental Association Senior Aware, the American Academy of Endodontists Award, and the American Academy of Periodontology Award. Dr. Shipp is a member of the American Dental Association and the Mississippi Dental Association.

He grew up on a farm near Yazoo City and says he was attracted to dentistry because it allowed him to serve people and develop long-term relationships. Dentistry also provided him a way of combining science and art to relieve discomfort and make things beautiful at the same time.

Outside of the office, Dr. Shipp enjoys running, golfing, hunting, watching sports, traveling, and working in his yard. He and his wife Morgan have a beautiful daughter named Ruth and dog named Stella, who they adopted from the local shelter.

Angela has been here at the practice since 2014 and is one of the integral members of our team. She started as our patient coordinator and then completed training for dental assisting. Angela completed her Radiology training in 2019 and is now a Mississippi Radiology permit holder. The favorite part of her job is that she gets to meet new people and has the opportunity to develop a relationships with her patients.

She is originally from Akron, Ohio but now calls the South home. She has two daughters that she loves to spend time with. Along with her husband Mike they love to travel and spend time outdoors with their fur babies Ike, Bentley, and Paris.

Kayla is originally from Hernando, MS and currently lives is Tupelo, MS. It is worth the drive to work at Shipp Family Dentistry everyday. She graduated in 2014 with a degree in Dental Hygiene from Northeast Mississippi Community College. She started working at Shipp Family Dentistry in the spring of 2020. Her favorite part of being a dental hygienist is easing patients ' fear of coming to the dental office by building trust with each patient. Seeing that person that has always needed 'the gas' for all dental visits no longer need it makes her incredibly happy. During her free time she enjoys shopping for home decor and plants, and spending time with her husband Laramie and their dog Mia.

Denise is another one of the longtime valued members of our team and has been here since 2009 as a Dental Assistant. She has become a key player in the practice as a Mississippi Dental Radiology Permit Holder and strives to continue learning and improvingthrough continuing education.

Along with spending time with her fur babies and friends, Denise loves to travel. When she isn't off exploring a new place you can find her out in her garden or listening to music. She also enjoys attending plays and art exhibits.

Lorrin is one of our great Hygienists. She has made a great addition to the team since she started at the beginning of 2018. She strives to provide the best service possible and received the Mississippi Dental Hygiene Association (MDHA) Clinical Achievement Award in 2016.

Samantha joined our team in March of 2019, and instantly felt like a part of our work family. Her favorite part of her job is greeting our wonderful patients every day and having the opportunity to establish personal relationships with each patient that she meets. When she is not at the office, she enjoys being outdoors, watching Alabama Football or Mississippi State Baseball, and spending time with her husband: Wyatt, son: Maddox, and fur babies: Pixie and Felicia.

Whitney is our newest team member to join Shipp Family Dentistry. Providing the very best customer service to all patients is something I strive for everyday. I love to see smiling and happy patients! In my free time I love to read my bible, worship Jesus, and spend time with my husband and our awesome baby boys.
