Dr. Shipley and his team are on a next level with their service and patient care. My son was extremely nervous from a previous bad ortho consult/ first visit. Dr. Shipley and his team were so patient and incredible as they explained everything they were doing to my son and made him feel comforted and safe. Needless to say my son is no longer nervous and actually gets excited to go and get his ice cream at his visits. Thank you Dr. Shipley and team, you all are AMAZING!

My oldest got his braces here about 10 years ago. My daughter had hers for about a year and were just removed. Both have straight teeth - no hassles. Both had no interest payment options. Very friendly staff towards me but more importantly, my kids. Treatment plan was as estimated for time, treatment and cost.

My son with autism not only had a problem with his teeth but he also had a tongue thrust for years. Thanks to Dr. Shipley diagnosing the issue with my son's tongue thrust, we were able to resolve the issue with the ENT Dr. & now he no longer has the tongue thrust. And he has beautiful straight teeth. Not only are Dr. Shipley and his staff helpful but friendly and patient. I highly recommend Dr. Shipley.

My experience at Dr. Shipley's office was flawless. Orthodontic emergencies are uncommon, but I had one, and they squeezed me in urgently as a new patient. The staff were delightful and professional and made the process seamless. My case was complicated and unscheduled, but Dr. Shipley gave me the time and attention I needed. He reviewed my imaging with me in detail, consulted with my periodontist during the visit, gave me valuable information and qualified recommendations, then performed a procedure that brought me instant relief. As a physician, I know that such high quality service doesn't happen accidentally. I left Dr. Shipley's office impressed, informed, relieved, and grateful.

i am a current patient there right now going through braces treatment i really love going there the staff are so awesome to talk to! i am really sad and happy at the same that my last appointment is next month i would highly reccommend this place to anyone Dr.Shipley is an amazing guy to hang out with!

Dr. Shipley and his team were caring and professional with my Invisalign treatment , from my first consultation with Dr. Shipley explaining my treatment plan until my under bite and TMJ issues we're corrected. I couldn't be happier with my results and my Smile. Thank you Dr. Shipley and your team . It was a truly wonderful experience. Joe

My three kids were treated at Shilpey and none of them have straight teeth. I see my friends kids having straight teeth because every other orthodontist puts a permanent retainer on children. I understand adults can use a removable retainer but kids will not use them correctly. I even asked the staff multiple times if my kid could get a permanent and it went on deaf ears. I am now paying out of pocket at Risas Dental cus all my ins was used at Shipley but cant affor for my other kid. I even called Shipley to see if they could do some kind of scholarship funding because Butterfly Ortho does that but the staff never heard of such a scandal..lol too much money for no results

I used to think Dr. Shipley and his staff were professional, friendly, and helpful. However, when my 14 yr. old told me about his experience today I'm disappointed. Dr. Shipley was openly talking about Columbus and Indigenous Day. Dr. Shipley along made ignorant comments about a hurtful traumatic event that took place many years ago. As a professional everyone has the right to their opinion but not in the work place. Especially not in front of my 14 yr. old who is of First Nations People. Be mindful of others and keep your opinions out of your work environment. Thank you!

My dtr has had multiple broken brackets, even 20 minutes after leaving the office. We have to make multiple trips back. The only time her brackets never broke was when they had a temporary worker do her care and brackets. I've had other kids in braces, from a different orthodontist, with complex mouth issues and never had this problem. The staff however is friendly and so is Dr Shipley.

Staff is nice place is a clean. Problem we have is that my son has had so many broken brackets. He doesn't eat stuff to interfere with them. He's been in the office at least a dozen extra times then he should have due to broken brackets. I dont know if the issue is what they are using, maybe cheap products to save money. I dont know. I know ive had experiences else where and did not have this problem. Would not recommend due to this issue ..

I highly recommend Shipley Orthodontics! I started Invisalign about 4 months ago and recently started having TMJ issues. Dr. Shipley was quick to coordinate with my TMJ Dr. and figure out a plan together in order to maintain my progress with Invisalign while treating my TMJ. On top of that, Veronica, at the front office, kept me well informed of everything and fit me in to their schedule anytime I needed to see Dr. Shipley. She's the best! Last, but certainly not least, Walter has assisted Dr. Shipley with all of my issues as well. He is very patient and kind and always willing to help! My only regret is not finding this office sooner and having my daughter's braces done at this office.

Everyone in this office is friendly and efficient. Dr. Shipley is kind and really knows his stuff. I am a few months into my Invisalign program and am seeing dramatic results along with the Proplel accelerated ortho! Highly recommend Dr. Shipley!!

The workers here are really nice and helpful. They are an amazing place to get braces or whatever you need to make that smile the best it could be
