do not work with you after they've pulled your teeth they don't care you can tell them how much pain you're in they will not work with you you have to show up on their time

Dr. Chung is amazing. Did some root canals on my teeth that were very infected and she was as gentle as she could possibly be. She gave me the least painful initial numbing shots I've ever had at a dentist which was amazing. She's very attentive and kind and answered all of my questions. Her assistants were very kind too. One of them was learning so I cut her a lot of slack even though the occasionally accidentally poked my lip with a tool and things like that. She did apologize any time it happened and I understand that must not be an easy thing to learn. She held my hand for the shots which really helped with my anxiety. The other more experienced assistant was very rough and really hurt my gums and the inside of my mouth though. They were having issues with part of my procedure which is understandable but I honestly feel like she was a lot rougher than what was nessecary in my freshly root-canaled teeth and already sore gums. My temporary crowns are very uncomfortable however they warned me that would be the case and it can't be helped. I'm sure they'll do great putting my permanent crowns on when they come in and hopefully it will be much easier and gentler to have that part done. Their office isn't the biggest or fanciest I've seen but the TVs in the rooms are a really nice touch and helped me feel more at ease. It's clean and even though the office itself isn't incredibly fancy they have really high tech equipment that made things easier too. They got the job done in the end and did very well. They were also much cheaper than other dentists in the area which is a huge plus. I will absolutely be going back to Dr. Chung for all of my future dental needs.

I would not go anywhere else! I'm a former Air Force Dental Technician, so I know how things are supposed to be done. Dr. Chung and the staff at SMS exceeded my expectations in all aspects of treatment they provided me. My wife had several dental problems arise recently, and I did not hesitate to bring her to SMS. They bent over backwards to accommodate my wife's fears and concerns, and they provided her with the best dental experience she's ever had. If you're looking for the best dental practice around, look no further than Shiny Smiles Studio! Highly recommend!
