Everyone is very kind and the office is clean. My daughter enjoys the doctors and assistants. But today, I was denied being able to come back with my daughter after expressing that she was nervous and uncomfortable. It was a very uncomfortable conversation in the waiting area as the assistant expressed due to her age they like to keep us separate during her appointment. There was zero compromise with this on their end and we all just stood there looking at each. She usually goes back by herself but during the cleaning she expressed that she was uncomfortable and wasn't heard so she was hesitant this time going back alone. Sometimes exceptions should be made and it's unnerving when a parent is insisting on coming back they are told no.

This place has been nothing but amazing! The staff is super polite and kind especially Dr. McEntire he is truly the best Ortho that I have ever met! He listens to your concerns and shows that he genuinely cares, which nowadays it is very hard to find. The front staff is very helpful and flexible with making appointments according to your schedule. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thanks to them, they have made me a million times more confident in my smile today!

The staff is wonderful and they made my child feel very comfortable. This was his first time getting a cleaning and x-rays, the hygienist was so patient couldn't have asked for a better experience. Would recommend to any parent looking for a great dentist for their little ones.

I cannot say enough about my experience at Shiny Happy Smiles!!! I brought both of my children there for cleanings. It was my son's first time and he's a bit energetic so I was worried about how it would go. The girls were absolutely amazing with both of my children, explaining each step, allowing them to see the tools etc. Both kids were comfortable and excited for their cleanings. Dr. Rebecca then came in and again made both children feel comfortable and at ease. Both kids made it through so easily and I truly believe it is because of the care they all take with them. I highly recommend this practice! I would drive hours to get to them if I had to! Thank you for being so wonderful!

Our son has autism and the nurturing, patience and understanding they give myself and our son is outstanding. We are truly blessed , Thank you Dr. Sliver and Dr Rebecca for 7 great years and more to come.

Very happy we found Dr. R! She is amazing! Lays everything out for you at the end, in regards to treatment and allows you to ask any questions or talk through any feedback you have on treatment. He staff is so so so patient and not rushed.

These are the most laid-back dentists I have met in US. We spent 2 hours there ... and the kids had a blast! The ladies were funny and entertaining. They did everything (x-raying, cleaning, sealing, talking, gifting, etc.) but pulling out those loose baby-teeth. Upon getting home, I took out my dental forceps (thx, Amazon), and pulled out a barely-hanging incisor of my 7-year old and a premolar of my 10-year old. Clearly, this practice is all about prevention and "natural" stuff. Absolutely no sales pressure or pushing unnecessary treatments. That's how pediatric dentistry should be!! What a contact with our previous "serious" pediatric dentist!!! THESE LADIES ROCK!!!!

This place was amazing! I took my 3 year old son here for his first dentist appointment and he was really nervous. He is shy to begin with plus the added anxiety of not knowing what would happen. The lady we had was so comforting, let him be involved, and took her time with him. She gave him car toys to play with and halfway through he sat in the chair and let her brush and floss his teeth and look inside. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! :) :)

Dr. Rebecca and her staff are amazing, top to bottom. The front desk staff are responsive, friendly and attentive. The business office here is a well-oiled machine. My 7 and 9 year olds actually enjoy going to the dentist so this says something about the work the clinical staff does. Quick story to illustrate how well they operate and take care of their patients: Over the weekend my son chipped 3 teeth in a soccer game. I called Monday morning to explain what happened. The friendly front desk coordinator (can't recall her name) listened carefully to my story and asked me to text a picture of my son's teeth. After texting the photos of his teeth, we were able to coordinate an appointment the next day. Repairs were performed during this visit and his handsome smile was back! Dr. Rebecca clearly explained what work needed to be done and she took her time to make sure the repairs would not only look good but would be functional, too. You should not hesitate sending your children to this practice. I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars.

During the pandemic, everyone is taking precautions to be safe. And with some places, it is challenging and some businesses can even make you feel unwelcome just in case you have Covid. However, SHS does it right! The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. It is ridiculously easy to communicate with the office even from the car. Check-ins, insurance verifications, bill pay, and appointment scheduling for the next visit all from the convenience of your car and the touch of a button. It has been the one visit that I have least dreaded during all of these months at home. This is my third visit since March and every time is a seamless enjoyable experience, for my 3 sons and me! Bravo! And thank you!!!!

Highly recommended. We had a bad experience with our first pediatric dentist and have been beyond happy with Shiny Happy Smiles since our first visit. Both my children have bee patients for over 12 years. Friendly staff who goes over and above!

Shiny Happy Smiles is truly amazing! The staff is always friendly and my kids do not mind going to the dentist!
