It angers me to have to write this review. My children have gone here for years. I've never had an issue. Recently my insurance changed. I called 1 1/2 months ago to schedule my children's appointment. I informed them over the phone that my insurance changed and gave them the updated information. Apparently they checked, everything was good and I was allowed to make the appointments. Well, 23 hours before my appointments I was told they do not accept my insurance. After I already rearranged my schedule to be there. That was extremely unprofessional and a huge waste of my family's time and resources.

Absolutely amazing experience with my girls. My youngest was nervous at first, but they made her feel very comfortable and they gained her trust. I can't rave about this establishment enough. It's wonderful, I wish adults could go.

Dr. Richardson and Dr. Greene are absolutely caring, experienced, and passionate about pediatric dentistry. Every time I have a question, they answer it. My little one is in good hands with this practice, as well as the hygienist, Ms. Kim, and the front desk, with Ms. Stacy.

Was not told before our visit that only one parent can attend our child. Showed up and they didn't have chairs in the waiting room. Had to wait outside in the freezing cold. I guess they expect everyone to sit in their car and waste $5 a gallon gas to stay warm. This place used to be great but they have gotten ridiculous with their rules. Literally the only doctors office I have gone to that doesn't allow patients in the waiting room.

Such a wonderful experience! My kiddo (3) was SO anxious about going to the dentist. The staff were amazing. You can tell they 100% specialize in pediatrics and know every trick in the book to make children feel comfortable and in control of the experience and their bodies. We are so grateful to Courtney for your fun and patience and to Dr. Richie for your reassurance and for establishing such a fine practice.

We have always loved Shiny Chompers since bringing my kids here for routine care for 3+ years. However, now I love them even more! My daughter needed fillings, and she was terrified. Dr. Maya and Kenya (sp?) were calm, funny, caring, and everything I would want in someone caring for my child. When my daughter had to return for the second round of fillings, she was excited! We drive 30 minutes one way and is so worth it.

I have taken my 4 year old here twice now. They seem great. Shockingly, with advice from them we are flossing with him regularly.

We loved our hygienist and we loved our Dr. Our hygienist was a super special lady who made my daughter relax and get her teeth cleaned and that's not an easy feat. Thank you shiny chompers.

I love this I went there in 5/19/2021 it was perfect! Well... during the pandemic the Doctors can't give you a coin to pick a prize in the vending machine so they gave you a prize in your bag. There are some ipads on the wall you can't play with them cause of Covid also there is a play room for kids also never go there cause of Covid. Try to go to Shiny Chompers Pediatric Dentistry for your kids appointment Docters can treat your kids really well.

Extremely kid friendly with exceptional & knowledgeable staff! My 3 and 6 year old actually enjoy visiting the dentist and always ask upon leaving when they're able to visit again.

I took my boys (5 and 3) to Shiny Chompers for the first time last week, and I'm so glad I did!! Ms. Kim, the hygienist, was incredibly kind, patient, friendly, knowledgeable and proactive. She thoroughly read through the information I filled out about the boys before we came in. She knew that they both had some anxiety about the dentist and she made every effort to make them comfortable--even suggesting they lay together and hold hands in the dentist chair! That really made them feel safe. She also explained everything before she did it and encouraged the boys throughout. Dr. Maiya was equally as amazing! So friendly and patient with the kids. She answered all of my questions thoroughly. The office also has TVs on the ceiling which really helped the kids stay calm. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

My daughter was terrified of going to the dentist! After three failed attempts at other offices they are the only ones who were able to calm her down and actually make her time there enjoyable. So on behalf of my seven-year-old thank you so much! They're also in network with Tricare.

We absolutely love it here. My daughter never gives us a hard time when we tell her we're going to the dentist and all of the staff are amazing. They make her feel so comfortable and are wonderful. Coming from our old dentist, we had a horrible experience, so we know that this is not something to take for granted. Highly recommend this place to all. We do not even live in the area and it's worth the drive.

This place is AMAZING, I wish they had a facility like this for adults. They were extremely patient with my nervous 4 yr old granddaughter. I didn't feel like they were in a rush to get thru the process, and they work as a team. They did more than I could have imagined to make her filling experience less traumatic. Although this was not her first time there, it was mine taking her, watching her skip into the office gave me comfort. Thank you and your staff for all you do!!
