Working with Shining Smiles has been a breeze. The staff is friendly and attentive. My 11yr old can be sensitive when dealing with dental issues. In the past other dentist have recommended that we visit a children's dentist with numbing gas as an option for sensitive children. Here he did not need anything, dentist and her team treated with with warmth and patience.

I love the service , I like how you can watch TV while they fix your teeth, I would really recommend this place to people who are scared of needles cause I did not feel a thing while they inject me with the stuff that numbs your mouth I leave 5 stars

The office is very neat, organized & modern! The staff are so friendly on the phone & in person. The doctor explained everything in detail and made sure I understood. Definitely recommend to folks looking for a dentist where you feel comfortable and welcomed!

i love going to this dentist, the play place has my favorite shows playing. everyone is so nice and friendly, and i can't wait to come back here again. i enjoy the time i spend with my siblings and we all have an amazing time here.

Love this place. The front desk and staff are super friendly. I love how now the gentleman in the front knows my name, makes me feel very welcome. The doctor explains everything as well to make sure I understand it all.

Clean friendly atmosphere, buy my last visit which was my only visit I felt very overcharged now this could be because they aren't in my insurance network but I would assume they would have told me that instead of taking my money and overcharged me for the procedures.

I've been coming to Shinning Smiles over a year now. I am very please with the dentist! The staff is very nice! Clean environment, high tech Device and you can watch tv of your choice well being treated! I would recommend also no long waiting time!

I have not been to the dentist for about 14 years. I deal with trauma since I was 12yrs old but today at Shining Smiles Dentistry they have changed my mind on visiting a dentist. The experience was a lovely one

This place goes above and beyond for their patients! The office manager Angelica is such a delight! I called gave her about 3 different insurances. (My HR misinformed me multiple times) but every time Angelica was so sweet about checking all of them! She was able to find my plan, got me scheduled and Is literally the nicest! Once I got there Susan gave me a tour of the office and made me coffee!! Like what!? I've never been to an office where they offer me coffee and water bottles!? The experience from front desk checking me in to getting brought back to the chair with Miguel was absolutely amazing! Then I met Dr. Marjan who was an absolute delight! She gave me hands down the best cleaning of my life and did some fillings as well. The whole experience was painless and pretty fast! Will be back in 6 months!! Thanks for making a person who hated dental visits to a person who is actually looking forward to coming back! And I'm telling all my friends and family!! Highly recommended!

At first, I really liked shining smiles in riverside. The staff is friendly,that is true, but when I canceled my appointment because I wasn't feeling well, they said I would have to pay a $50 cancelation fee. I canceled my appointment because I was feeling sick and I didn't want to go in and potentially get the staff sick while in the middle of a pandemic. Mind you, during the time I was going to this office they called me on more than 3 different occasions to reschedule my appointments because they were closing the office early or over booked. After asking to speak to the manager, I was placed on hold for over 7 minutes, to then be told the manager would call me back. The manager never called me back to follow up and I think that is just unprofessional. I think you all should revisit your cancellation policy during this pandemic and even after the pandemic because I've never even heard of a dentist office charging clients for canceling appointments. Unexpected events happen in life which effect things like appointments. I think you all are very inconsiderate and I won't be returning to Shining smiles in riverside.

I received the best services at Shining Smiles today . Jayda was awesome she assisted me through my entire visit! Shout out to services desk very pleasant attitude, smile and very very helpful!!
