I started experiencing tooth pain and contacted Shine to schedule an appointment. They said since I was in pain that they would fit me in the following morning. Dr. Renger spent considerable time with me diagnosing the source of the pain and discussing my options going forward. A few days later the pain progressed to the point that it was becoming intolerable. I stopped by the office to speak with the staff about scheduling an appointment for a procedure. They knew I was in pain so they spoke to Dr. Renger and he asked me to wait just a few minutes so that he could at the very least ease my pain. I was called back almost immediately and Dr. Renger ended up performing the procedure that same day. I am very thankful for Shine's compassion and attention to the patient's care. Dr. Renger and his staff are the best in the business and I would absolutely recommend them without any reservation.

I've never liked going to the dentist until I started going to Shine. I love the staff and our Dentist is amazing.

I've never been seen here but my husband needed a root cancel our dentist couldn't get him in for 3 weeks on. I called looking for a quicker appointment and the receptionist was beyond helpful. She answered all my questions regarding prices and even put my mind at ease on medication our doctor gave him when should could tell how stressed I was. She was so incredibly kind.

I've never liked going to the dentist until I started going to Shine. I love the staff and our Dentist is amazing.

I appreciate the staff here ....I don't have dental insurance and can't afford most basic things and my teeth aren't the greatest and I'm very embarrassed about them but I have never felt judged by the staff or the doctor ...so thank u very much for that !! And I have nvr had any issues with the work I've had there

Had dental insurance and was told they were in my network by them. They told me it would be 150 before An extraction. After it was done was told insurance wasn't willing to cover it all so now I would have to pay $350 at this point I'm starting to wonder how much A simple extraction cost. Then I get a bill in the mail for an additional $150. At this point I tell them you have changed it twice already, just because I have insurance doesn't justify the amount of what I was getting changed. No matter how many times I try to appeal it and work it out with them to at least get an explanation of how much the total bill was for an extraction that did not require major surgery or gas. End up finding out later that this procedure they changed the insurance more then $500. Never have I heard of it being that expensive. Ask for cash price before getting any work done.

I don't really like change, but when my husband convinced me to switch to Dr. Renger I have never looked back. The technology is first class, the atmosphere is nice and relaxing, and the team is very knowledgeable and friendly. They not only take care of what needs attention now, but they have promoted preventative care that will save me from future issues. I have had fillings, crowns, and a root canal and have been comfortable through all treatments. Dr. Renger is precise with his work. He is gentle and always asks if you are doing okay during treatments. He makes things easy to understand when he explains them. He is a great communicator and has a very calming nature. I highly recommend Dr. Renger. He is a perfectionist who will protect your teeth for life.

I have been absolutely thrilled with the service and the reasonable rates since I first visited Dr Renger years ago. So much that I choose to stay with him now even though he's not in my network. My two young sons actually look forward to going to the Dentist because everyone there makes us feel like friends and family. After years of my own neglect, I'm finally addressing my teeth. Not only do they make sure I am physically comfortable, but make me proud I'm finally taking care of it. Never once have they made me feel embarrassed for my neglect. I happily recommend Shine Modern Dentistry to anyone, and yes I really do so in casual conversation.

Beautiful office and building. I went in because I was having tooth pain, and I was so sure I had a cavity. However, after inspection I was relieved with the news that I didn't. Yay! Way to go! Anyways, I rated three stars because the doctor came in without knowing some basic knowledge of me, the patient... my age to be specific. Maybe he didn't look at my chart or something, but it was quite embarrassing getting mistaken for a 14 year old then a 16 year old while being 19 years old. Despite that nonsense, I would still go back!

I have been absolutely thrilled with the service and the reasonable rates since I first visited Dr Renger years ago. So much that I choose to stay with him now even though he's not in my network. My two young sons actually look forward to going to the Dentist because everyone there makes us feel like friends and family. After years of my own neglect, I'm finally addressing my teeth. Not only do they make sure I am physically comfortable, but make me proud I'm finally taking care of it. Never once have they made me feel embarrassed for my neglect. I happily recommend Shine Modern Dentistry to anyone, and yes I really do so in casual conversation.
