It was my first visit to this dental office. Dr Swapna perform exam and cleaning. She is knowledgeable and friendly. Answer all my questions and gave good advices. Dentist arrived late for my son's 10am appointment. Please don't waste our time, we have other things to do during the day. She wants to do fillings for my son even though they weren't able to do X-rays on that day because they couldn't log in to their system. And then when I got an email to leave a feedback, when I first clicked "no," it did not allow me to get on this page - not only til I click "yes I had a positive experience" that I was allowed to get on this page...hmm, makes you wonder if all the feedbacks are actually being captured

Very BAD experience with this dentist. I'm not sure who is writing these positive reviews here on Google but I encourage you to go to Yelp which I believe, has a more accurate review of this dentist. As I came in to the office, I was told that I did not have an appointment that day. It was only when I showed them the text they sent to me confirming my appointment did they back track and said that in fact I had an appointment. Wow! After 20 minutes of waiting, this dentist came in and would NOT even look at me in the eye while she explained to me what she found on the x-ray. She said that I had a tooth that needed to be extracted and a possible bridge work which would cost me thousands of dollars. Funny thing, I didn't come in for that diagnosis. I came in because part of a tooth chipped and I wanted to see if a tooth extraction was an option. She didn't even mention that. The whole experience felt like I was in a twilight zone. When I tried to speak, she cut me off completely and treated me like I was a child that needed to be scolded. The whole experience was so bizarre! I'm a grown woman and the way this dentist treated me was disrespectful and quite honestly, downright RUDE. She needs to take some kind of Ethics class and learn to respect and value her clients. Otherwise, buyer beware!

I was in extreme pain due to cavity filling sitting on top of my nerve. The staff was very helpful in reducing the pain and booking a root canal appointment at their earliest time.

Get an appointment to get "HAUNTED". Even though you have a good teeth the doctor will scare you saying you have all the issues in the world to make huge money out of your pocket.They treat you like a trash This is my first review in my life. July 10, I had an appointment for normal dental clean. After an hour long wait, They went ahead and scanned the teeth and went ahead with deep cleaning with out any intimation and gave the Anastasia and left for an hour treating other patient in parallel. I asked her its too long, they make you wait more. The treatment after that is much painful. The is so much horror story to tell, Please don't waste time and money. Just look for other dentals my Friend.

Dr. Raveendranath is absolutely amazing! My family and I have been going to her for over 3 years now and its always been a great experience. Dr. Raveendranath is always so nice and gentle and explains to me about the procedures she is going to perform in terms that I can completely understand which definitely helps me to relax. The whole team is very professional, kind and you are always greeted with friendly smiles. The entire atmosphere is very inviting. Excellent care and facility. Highly recommend!!
