Staff there are really nice and great people, but the dentists work is terrible and the amount of dentists they go through every month is insane. Overall Work is very unprofessional, I lost a tooth because the dentist that worked on it said I have a cavity, began to work on it shaved my big tooth all the way down and apparently the cavity ended being somewhere else.(keep in mind I called about the tooth a week prior, they scheduled an appointment, took x-rays and told me doctor isn't here today when they have x-rays of that tooth from my previous visit) WON'T BE BACK!

Smile Dental is by far the best dental clinic I have visited! The staff was amazing as they were very professional, pleasant, and patient friendly! They were welcoming as I walked in and prompt getting me into my exam room within minutes of my arrival! Doctor Alamdi was awesome, friendly, and thorough taking his time explaining my complete treatment in details and assuring me he would give me a wholesome, painless, and effective procedure from beginning to end! WOW! I am delighted and grateful to have a dental office in Smile Dental, where the whole staff and the dentist go above and beyond to treat you like family! I am a definite promoter and would highly recommend them to everyone who wants a super dental experience; pleasant, painless, and effective re-establishing my confidence and smile to look good and feel great!!!

Today my whole family went in for dentists appointments. My son's first dentist appointment was today, the whole staff was absolutely amazing with not only my self, my husband, but our kids! I couldn't have asked for better people to take care of us all. So grateful with how well they handled the whole appointment for my son especially!! I definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a new dentist.

not satisfied woth the front desk staff ... when i called i asked if my insurance covered or not and she said yes and after i drove for 30 mins with 2 little kids and am a 35 weeks pregnant and i have a teeth pain and after i arrived she checked my contract number and then she said sorry we are not taking your insurance this is not acceptable.. you have to train the staff as she should check the contract number when i called her to see if my insurance cover or not before giving me an appointment

My experience at Shine Dental was absolutely amazing! The care and personalized attention was far above other dental practices I have visited. Everyone I came into contact with from the office manager to the hygienist to the dentist were very professional, yet super friendly and very interested in my concerns and overall comfort level. Safety measures were also fully in-place and the office was extremely clean, bright, and overall well care for. I would highly recommend dental care from this practice for the entire family!
