This is a great dentist office. Dr Khan did my bridge and sone crowns and they came out really nice. The receptionist and staff is also very kind and professional

The place was great Sharon the receptionist was funny and smart and made me laugh. She was really professional and got me through the x rays. The dentist Andrea was really professional she did an excellent job of doing my teeth. Though it was painful at times she really kept leading the operation with 100% confidence. The assistant dentist was really helpful and did her job well, no complaints. Natalie helped a lot was professional on explaining the procedure on what the cost are. I like how my teeth turned out.

Zero stars if available. Unprofessional receptionist, & I had 2 leave after asking why am I waiting w/ my 2 kids (2 appts) for an hour & a half, that I booked 3 weeks ago after waiting because "dentist was unavailable due to an emergency". Smh didn't even inform me or apologize. I had high hopes reading the reviews but never again.

What a great practice! I have AETNA and they were able to confirm everything over the phone before I came in. I loved meeting Dr Varghese, and look forward to coming back again soon. There was also no wait, which was great!

I arrive 20 min early for my appointment. The waiting area was PACKED. About 8 people in there and the chairs were not socially distanced so that was a warning for me about how bad my experience was going to go. So I waited outside in the cold until the room cleared out. I go inside and hear two women talking about how they have been waiting forever to see the dentist. One of women asks how long it will be before she is seen bc she has been waiting for a while. The receptionist tells her 2 HOURS! I was like oh no! So I asked about myself bc I was on time and I already filled out my paperwork. & they tell me 2 HOURS TOO! & then i get asked if i have an appointment. I was like "uh ... yes" But the crazy thing is, they receptionists did not inform the patients UNLESS THEY ASKED. How unprofessional is that? So they legit expected us to sit and wait without knowing a single thing bc they didn't inform unless we asked. Mind you! When I called initially to book my appt, the receptionist was the one who picked the time and date for me and I get there and have to wait 2 hrs? Make it make sense. It's just unprofessional how they did not inform anybody UNLESS they asked. What if there was a patient who was shy and nervous to ask? Like it doesn't make sense. I told the lady that I will call back to make a new appointment but I am not going back at all.

Never had someone do a teeth cleaning that caused me to feel the ridges on the back of my teeth with my tongue from the tool they use to get stains off also equipment is outdated poor customer service used to be a good location years ago and seems to be failing in recent years despite ratings smh

Don't you'll wait for hours in that small stuffy waiting room. They over book and double book first and LAST TIME!! The receptionist is about 80 yrs old so she might be senile it's sad. They don't follow proper CDC guidelines they didn't check my temperature or ask about recent travel NOTHING! No social distancing signs or actions and they let 8 people into a 3 ,maybe 4 person space.

Tried my best to schedule an appointment and your front desk staff made it impossible they should be replaced with professional experienced ones. UPDATE/REPLY That is a lie you 100% take health first please don't assume without knowing your staff needs customer service training. Thank you for the reply.

Highly recommend this place. The staff is very polite and attentive. I came in with my 8 year old son and they took us in right away with little to no wait time. They were very kind to my son and made him feel comfortable about seeing the dentist.

Great service and great staff! Were able to work around my busy school schedule on short notice and completed services in a time efficient manner.
