Dr. Mehta received her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) at Bharati Vidhya Peeth Pune India in 2002. She worked in Chennai, Indiaas a dentist for two years in a private practice in collaboration with the Apollo Group of Hospitals. She graduated in 2010 from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey (UMDNJ) with Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) Degree. She graduated on the Deans List for maintaining a 3.8 GPA throughout all two years. She was chosen for a competitive externship for working in a private practice in South Jersey, where she learned advanced crowns, bridges, implants, and much more.

Great office. Dentist is knowledgeable, direct, and respectful. Staff are friendly, helpful, and on cue with dentist. She gives you all the information you need and uses technology to help comprehend. I am confident my teeth will be healthy again after starting my treatments here.

Excellent service very professional and very polite. I would definitely recommend anyone to try them out you wont be disappointed. If you dont have insurance no need to worry prices are unbeatable.

As most people would probably agree, going to the dentist is hardly a pleasant experience, however every time I go into Shine and Smile Dental, I feel taken care of from the moment I walk through the door till the moment I leave. Rand, who works as a Dental Assistant, wears many hats. She is always the first to greet me when I walk through the door, explains what will be happening during the visit, and assists Dr. Mehta flawlessly. They work together very harmoniously which is very important and certainly puts me at ease while in the chair. Dr. Mehta is so kind, she makes sure you're comfortable throughout whatever procedure you're having done (I've been in for a cleaning, x-rays, and 2 fillings). She does a tremendous job explaining what will happen, debriefing afterwards and genuinely cares about the well-being of her patients. Between Rand and Dr. Mehta, they always make sure to help schedule appointments strategically to best comply with my insurance, ultimately saving me money which is appreciated. Dr. Mehta even remembered a personal story I told her last time I was in and asked how everything was going. I would recommend Shine and Smile to anyone; their practice is clean, professional, and centered around the patient's comfort and overall happiness!

I was looking for a new dentist close to my home. After looking at some other reviews I decided to give Dr. Mehta a call. I'm pleased to say she is very nice and explained all the procedures and my options. Dr. Mehta always makes sure I'm comfortable. Glad I choose Shine and Smile Dental.

The office is very clean and is conveniently underneath Mission Place Apartments. Dr. Mehta is very kind and professional! She takes the time to educate you about everything that is going on and is happy to answer questions. I also have to say that she is so genuine. She is all about the health of your teeth and not trying to make you have uneccessary procedures. I would highly recommend her!

I don't really do reviews but I truly felt as though Shine and Smile Dental deserved this review. Very clean establishment, very professional workers and the dentist is amazing and very caring. She takes her time and doesn't rush while working on you. I have had many dentist appointments and hated them because of how rough they were and how they would rush because they had so many appointments but no not this dentist. Even though she has many appointments she takes her time to make sure you get the best treatment. I highly recommend this dental office. Many dentist make you never want to come back but not Shine and Smile dental. You won't regret the decision to come here. I'm telling you!
