I would rate zero if possible. I have been rescheduled more times than I can remember. I can't keep calling off of work and not being able to go because you decided u wanted the day off or something. Not to mention they have been closed in shiloh because of covid. Hello, everywhere else is open! Doesn't matter anyways we r finding another dentist.

Run fast the other way!!!! I just got called that they're even temporarily closed and need to reschedule. This will be my third time rescheduling. Moving on because I actually need to be seen, not play phone tag and keep requesting off from work.

Worst Dental Experience to date After seeing all the other 1 Star reviews, I don't expect this one will make much more difference. I had no idea how bad this place had become. There is so much to complain about, I honestly don't know where to start. Something like 1-2 months between appointments. Even if cancelling isn't your fault (like today when I showed up for my appt and the office was CLOSED.) I remember the one time I called 2 hours before my appt to reschedule, and I left a voicemail. They called me 5 minutes AFTER my scheduled appt time to tell me it would be 2 months to reschedule. I hope you believe me when I say that if they had told me that before my appt, I would have found a way to make that appointment! I'll mention the broken crown that I was hoping to get fixed today. I don't know for sure if it broke because of bad workmanship, but I wasn't eating hard, crunchy, stuff when it broke...after all this other bad stuff, it sure looks suspicious. So. I'm writing this knowing full well that they still owe me some work. I paid a whole bunch of money for some crown work (including, you guessed it, the one that recently broke). I was really hoping to get that finished up today so I could leave this Mickey-Mouse outfit in my rear view mirror...but now I'm just putting their business (or lack thereof) on the street and cutting bait. I won't waste any more money here.

This establishment ruined my outlook on dentistry. I have anxiety from this office from the financial burden they put me through, hours spent being tortured in the chair, and sub par work they did to my teeth. I have multiple horror stories from this terrible place but no room to express them. I have had two crowns and a bridge FALL OUT just a year after they were put in. Three dentists within two years going there. Wish I never gave them a second or third chance. Save your money and mental health. Don't go to this place!

This business is a Franchise" operating out of three locations, Nameoki Dental in Granite City, Il, Family Dental, Shiloh, Il on Greenmount Road, and a location in Collinsville, Il, all owned by the one and only Dentist on staff. Dr Ronald Weems. DONOT waste your hard-earned dollars going to this "bubble gum" operation. Unfortunately, I've been advised by my Counsel to not go into detail about my horrific encounter. Take it from me, stay clear of Dr. (Bully) Ronald Weems. If I could give this place a negative 10 star rating that would be too good for this hell hole!

Just went and had my teeth cleaned and the I'm in so much pain. Also they said I needed a night gaurd and I had to go In three times to get it redone. Also the first time I went they said I had a cavity and I got it filled and then today they said I have another one

I went to this place back in November of 2018 the staff was very nice I have to give them that but when I went to them I informed them that I had X-rays done so they didn't have to do them but they didn't care. X-rays were done at the VA less than 6 months ago had they called they could have gotten them sent right over. While I was in the chair they told me I had a lot of cavities in between my teeth which couldn't be right because I go to a different dentist on the regular so after that lie they said one of my filling were going bad I'm like really but there's no pain so I let them fix it anyway, I should have followed my first mind and I've been in pain for for months every since so now I need a root canal because the nerve in that tooth is now gone. I will never ever go back to this place again. I should have listened and stayed away. Don't go to this place please root canals cost but I'm so happy that the VA is paying for the mistake I made by going to this place.

They need to get their paperwork in order. I've recieved phone calls and letters for the past two years about a bill I owe them, but it turns out, it's a filing error and I don't owe anything. Yet, the letters and calls continue...

Had an appointment at 9.30 this morning which was set 6 months ago. Arrived there and the building was locked, all lights off, no sign of anyone. Waited until the appointment time and called the number on the door expecting no answer as there was nobody there. A receptionist did answer and said they are now in Edwardsville! Wouldn't have been a big deal if they let me know, but they didn't.

No hot water in bathroom and no protective cover over exam light that goes over your face, just a bare glass halogen bulb should've been when I walked out but I didn't. There was a lot of whispering between technicians and hand signaling, they seemed overly busy but nonetheless insisted that i get a crown and multiple fillings right then despite the fact that It wasn't urgent and I couldnt pay that day. The girl was quite pushy which I didnt think too much of until I heard her telling other patients the same thing including the statement that the dr was open after me/them and he could do the procesure right away. After being there for a total of 3 hours, one of which i sat with a numbed mouth awaiting the treatment. This allowed me the time to look at the horrible reviews of this Dr. Workers acted nervous and desperate to keep me with multiple apoligies. I left with a numb face and now over 5 hours later my face is in pain and i still cant move my mouth properly to speak or smile and my cheek is turning blue-black from bruising which I've never experienced from a dental procedure and mind you I left prior to having any of the work done! Day is ruined, i pray i get the movement back in my face, so much for a fun day with my children. Stay away from this place. Bad news all the way around. Will update after i get my 2nd and 3rd opinions.
