I've been here many times, this is the best dentist I've had, professional and caring. I had teeth whitening here couple of years ago, my teeth were so obviously much more bright; I just had my wisdom tooth removed, they did so quick, I'm not feeling any pain, not much bleeding, recovered so quick. I don't have local insurance, they are also very considerable, helped me to find the best solution to save some expenses and trouble. Highly recommend!

So impressed with all the dental work provided by both Drs Peter Shieh and Shihchi Shieh. Also, they are warm and caring. Recently had an implant and whitening and was completely satisfied. Nicole and staff are always accommodating.

Dr. Shea Is the first dentist I have ever been to that does not cause me pain, even during a root canal. Cleanings are a breeze too.

I'm so happy to have found this office! I've never been uneasy about visiting the dentist, but if I were, this would be the place I'd choose to visit. Every member of the staff is calm, kind, patient, friendly, and helpful. I've been seen by both Dr. Shihchi Shieh and Dr. Peter Shieh, and have been very pleased with the care given at my appointments. This husband and wife team has made me feel at ease and taken care of. The office itself is very clean, well lit (but not uncomfortably bright, it's rather peaceful), the equipment is modern and well taken care of, and I appreciate the privacy shades on the windows, as this office is on a first floor that looks onto two main streets. Both doctors are the perfect balance of caring and professional. Wait time has always been under 10 minutes, and if I've shown up early, they've seen me early. I also appreciate that they're not pushy about selling additional cosmetic treatments or procedures, and are very matter-of-fact instead about any preventative or corrective work that you might want to consider. I will continue to visit this office as long as I am a resident in the area! :) To update (1/2/20): I had a molar extraction done by Dr. Peter a few weeks ago, and it went so well. I was expecting the extraction (and aftermath) to be painful and take a while, because the tooth was in bad shape. But he extracted it masterfully, and I had almost zero pain/inflammation the next day, or any time after. Amazing!

I went in planning to have a tooth pulled. I was told the tooth could be saved, via a root canal and a crown. Better than a huge hole where i would be chewing. So i had the root canal done today. Will be back next week for the post and crown. Prices are fair even without insurance considering the quality of treatment provided. Everyone there is nice, not pressuring. I don't like going to the dentist but Dr. Shieh made me more comfortable about the experience. I highly recommend them. Also, credit cards accepted (but not American Express or Discover). There is parking available in back. Also there is a bus stop right out front, and a couple train stations nearby (Orange Line and commuter rail).

Dr. Shieh is probably the best dentist that I've gone to. Other places overcharge and try to get you to do unnecessary procedures. Drs. Shihchi and Peter Shieh are always looking for what's best for me (not recommending unnecessary procedures) and they are very professional! Nicole is also extremely nice and has stayed past company hours after a procedure to make sure that I was picked up on a snowy day. Super kind & professional; very glad that my family switched here about 5 years ago.

I have been going to Shieh Dental for over 3yrs now. The only negative thing I can say is that I wish Dr.Shieh was around when I was a child and teenager. I definitely would have had nicer teeth. He can make miracles happen, he never keeps you waiting and is ever so mindful of not causing you pain. He is creative and honest. His office is clean, modern and has a comforting atmosphere. Nicole his office manager is a delight. She will always make sure that you get seen asap and it's usually that day. My husband has been to Dr. shieh for yearly routine checkups. His last checkup Dr Shieh found a white patch on his upper back gum. After many tests and appointments with ent's he was diagnosed with stage 4 mouth cancer. He is presently seeking immunotherapy at the Dana farber. I feel we owe Dr. Shieh alot and will be for ever greatful for his care and professionalism.

Professional, lots of patience with clients the best dentist I have ever been to.My husband's toothache was been painful for two years, my friend Recommended Dr.shieh and his teeth are getting better every day Right now,my two children are also happy to come here to take care the teeth.Nicole at the reception desk!
