My son needed a root canal (age 8) we went to normal dentist and had x rays done and treatment plan and were referred to Sherman oaks orthodontist to schedule root canal . I was told they accept medical and that was not true, I was told that medical did not cover the root canal , which it does cover all services for children at certain places and this was not told to me . I had to buy a insurance policy for $250 and was still charged $1020 for the one tooth. My son had a horrible experience there as well the assistant did not know the names of the tools the dentist was asking her for she needed his help to point out what he needed also she shoved the mouthpiece in his mouth to far when taking his x rays and caused him to choke while numbness still Persist and he couldn't breath he was scared and crying trying to catch his breath to breath , I was horrified the dentist left the room to speak to a new patient in between and left my son sitting in pain crying with his mouth propped open for 3 whole hours . After the procedure was done they didn't clean his face or around his mouth at all left him with white paste all around his mouth and I had to ask for a wet paper towel to clean him myself also they did not give him any stickers or toys or a toothbrush nothing at all and we were told they would call the following day to check on him and never got a call ever. This was by far the WORST dental experience and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone with children or medical please beware and take your time to pick a better place than this . I hope they go out of business!!!

I wish I could use Dr. Sharma for all of my dental needs. She is the most gentle and careful specialist I've ever been to. I had a root canal done, and must admit, freaked out a little beforehand, but it wasn't as bad as I had imagined. She told me what was going on through the whole process and was very patient with me. The downside is sitting with your mouth open for an hour, but I didn't feel a thing. Best dental experience of my life.

I highly recommend going here for root canal treatment. All the doctors who work here are exceptional, professional, personable and quality-driven. The staff at the office are all so pleasant, from the front desk staff to the assistants. I had a fantastic all round experience. I highly recommend Sherman Oaks Endodontics!

Had a root canal done here and I cannot stress it enough that they are amazing! I was freaking out before I went here, but everything was painless and they were so friendly and welcoming!

I have had a lot of dental procedures including root canals in my life and by far Dr. Bandary is the best Endodontist I have ever had! I was in horrible pain from a botched procedure elsewhere and he spent nearly two hours making sure that the job was done to perfection. It was the first time EVER that I actually napped a little during a dental procedure... that's how painless it was and comfortable I felt. He warned me of some pain after the numbness wore off but I had none... that's how good he is. He deserves 10 stars! There's no better choice than Dr. Bandary!!

If you wanna fall asleep while having a root canal, this is your place... love it. Absoluteley recomended..
