I am grateful for the care and restoration that is taking place at this moment. Whether it's been a cleaning, a filling, a crown or surgery I am both relived and grateful that we were able to work together and come up with a plan. I have learned a lot about the how to take proper care of certain areas and just expanded my knowledge base in general thanks to the kind and patient receptionists, assistants and doctors in this office. Along with X-Rays and HD cameras they will take the time to explain and answer all of your questions and make sure that you are aware of what is taking place at all times. They care about what they are doing, they don't cut corners, they use the right materials. When you come here you are getting a solution not an experiment. I rarely ever even felt a thing while I was being worked on. I was numbed up as much as was needed and anything afterwards was easily handled by a few Advil. Getting to know everyone has been a pleasure as well and has made it so that I look forward to my visits. I know I am in good and capable hands. I would recommend this office to anyone as your first stop in your dental and oral hygiene journey. I am also grateful for all the information on their website, email communication along with text message reminders of upcoming appointments. It feels like having my own personal assistant . Thank you all for your professionalism and due diligence. I can write up a page like about each one of you.

Please find another office QUICK! The only good thing about this place is it is very clean, otherwise they literally 'cleaned up' and stole my money! Parham has obviously done this before, (see Yelp, I wish I did beforehand) he is well versed of the ins and outs of what he is able to get away with. I only recouped about 1/4 of what I paid because of small claims court and my insurance forcing him to repay my money for non treatment. Chair side manner is lacking compassion. I had to get financed again with another dentist. Finally got the care I deserve.

I've had such a great experience with Dr. Parham and his staff. Due to not having insurance for a while I was filled with anxiety with the work I needed done. He removed an impacted wisdom tooth today, it was quick and easy and his staff helped with my anxious nerves. I highly recommend this office and have found my dental home

I had a molar extracted and a bone graph done (in one visit) by Dr Parham. I felt no pain during the surgery nor afterwards, which for me was so unexpected and wonderful. If anyone is fearful of having dental work done, or if you have had a bad experience at the dentist office, or if you're just shopping around for an excellent dentist, then Dr Parham is your man. And the icing on the cake are: a clean environment, a professional and friendly staff.

Great experience! Everyone working on the Sherman oaks cosmetic and implant dental group was amazing, positive, respectful, timely, and informative. It was an easy and safe space to get teeth retracted. Amazing people and workers!

This is the nicest dentist office I've ever been to. I've been scared of this appointment for the last couple weeks and was so pleasantly surprised to encounter such lovely people, from the receptionist to the doctor.

I was very pleased with the treatment received @ Sherman Oaks Cosmetic Dentistry. They were pleasant, informative, and caring of my well being. The location is perfect and clean. I went in for an extraction and I am now making them my primary Dental care facility.

Went here because it was close by where I lived and they list that they take my insurance, medi-cal. Went in there at the end of January expecting x-rays and a cleaning, maybe scheduling an appointment for a filling. They barely did x-rays and said that I needed a gum treatment and a crown, and that they needed to get approval for a gum treatment from my insurance before they can do anything, and that medi-cal doesn't cover crowns and that it would cost me $1300 out of pocket. In between their visits with me in the chair I looked on my phone and found the exact webpage that states that medi-cal DOES cover crowns, but they insisted that they've worked with medi-cal for years and that even though it says that they're covered, they're not. Sent me out of the office telling me it will take a month to hear back on the approval for the treatment. It's been a month and a half & I still haven't heard anything from them. Called my dental plan to confirm that my insurance does cover crowns and I ended up having to choose somewhere else to get taken care of. They really shouldn't even be listed in medi-cal if they're gonna use scare tactics like this to keep people out of their chairs. Seems criminal to me. But if you have boatloads of cash to throw about and like designer crowns this might be your place!

I only went in for a consultation but every single employee is friendly, kind, considerate, and the vibe is relaxed. Everything was thoroughly explained to me, all of my questions were answered, and I feel confident in their ability to help me get my oral health back on track

New patient: impressed with the level of professionalism by the dental and the office staff. Good communication with patients and generally relaxed and comfortable environment. Dr. Parham impressed me and instilled confidence. Will try to update this review after I have more experience with them.

I've had all very positive experiences with this Group. Their diagnosis' and treatments have made a difference in my dental care. Everyone there makes you feel welcome and at ease. It is a very caring atmosphere.
