Rae, Amber, and Laura provide excellent and painless preventative care. Our experienced dental hygienists will gently clean your teeth, examine your mouth for signs of oral disease, and educate you on how to improve your oral health.
Dr. Adam Sherman works side-by-side with our dental assistant, Marlene. She will take care of you from the moment you walk in the door to the moment you leave. She also performs office and laboratory tasks and works chairside with Dr. Sherman for dental procedures.
Dr.AdamSherman has been practicing dentistry in the D.C. area since 2009. He is highly skilled in all aspects of general and cosmetic dentistry. Dr.Sherman prides himself on being a compassionate and meticulous dentist who will go to great lengths to take care of his patients.
Dr.Sherman regularly takes continuing education courses to stay uptodate with the latest dental advances and techniques. He also participates in a Spear Study Club, a multidisciplinary group of peers who meet to collaborate on cases and improve their clinical skills.
Dr.Sherman grew up in Cincinnati, Ohio. The son of a dentist, he developed an interest in the profession at an early age. He has filled every seat in the dental office, from the assistant chair to the front desk.
Dr.Sherman and his wife, Lauren, live in Rockville. Lauren grew up in the area and attended schools in the Wootton cluster. The Shermans are the proud parents of two daughters and a Portuguese Water Dog. In his free time, Dr.Sherman enjoys following the Washington Capitals and the Cincinnati Bengals.

Dr Sherman and his staff are bar none the best to deal with. Professional, friendly, personable, all in one. I cannot recommend Dr Sherman enough. If you hadn't been to the dentist in years, like when I first went last year, I was a mess. Dr Sherman and staff fixed me right up, got me on a good hygiene regimen now, and my teeth and mouth are in great shape. Highly recommended.

If you need a great Denist to go to Dr. Sherman is it. My husband and I switched his practice shortly after he moved to Shady Grove Road. His staff is wonderful and if there is an emergency, they are more than willing to fit you in if possible. It's also nice to know that he will be around as my dentist for the rest of my life!
